First week in January at the Berkeley store 186, I was put on a ban from coming to the store. I had a lapse in judgement and gave in to your employee begging me for one of my pain pills. The Captain did not speak to me but an employee saying they were all uncomfortable with me at their store.
How do you file a complaint without personal information?
The Trader Joes Employees, staff and workers are all much younger than me
they handled the situation from their emotions not their head. Ive been living in the building for 13 years, thru the years people have liked me and loved me. I find it difficult to shop at another place being Trader Joes is right downstairs.
Is that a reason to ban someone because the young folks are uncomfortable?
I have written twice, but could not find a way to complain or at least have an
Administration respond to me. I have spent practically all my income at your
store. Please respond to me on this I would really appreciate it.

The week before a Trader Joes employee helped me up with my groceries . Apparently I fell and hit my head and did not respond. They called 911 but 911 found me to be alert and answered all their questions correctly. Trader Joes Staff said I was a liability and only the staff could walk me up. I recently had 2 neck surgeries at 77 years old and was and still am in a lot of pain. Then the other incident took place and they felt a need to put me on a ban from coming in. I guess I was too much for them to handle I have been shopping there for 13 years this is very inconvenient for me. Please let me hear from you.
