Travelers Insurance review: Claim - no calls - payment after you said it was being paid

I reported that a storm had blown the motor in my AC Unit and that I had a leak in my roof. I had the adjustor finally come out after she rescheduled on me knowing I had to leave work early to meet her. She waited till after the appointment time to call and tell me she was not coming. I had my AC unit replaced and left the old unit on the carport for her to view when she reviewed the new unit...She did not look at either and lied and said I never told her about it. They made me do all the measuring of the rooms that the roof leak affected via camera on my phone using their app...not sure how accurate that is. After several calls and submitting my invoice and pictures of the AC unit and installation and a pic of the burned up unit they denied my claim and I called and made t hem look again cause the adjustor LIED! so them after another adjustor looked at everything he had me get with the contractor for my AC unit and have the invoice redone to state in the body of the invoice why he had to replace the unit - after they already told him over the phone SEVERAL times. Then my file gets transferred to several people information lost. They called my contractor so many times and had me call him so many times that he is filing a harassing lawsuit on ME & refuses to do any other work for me. Then they had 3 different adjustors hound me for my Zelle account information so they could pay me claim just to then tell me they have to research further details and told me there was no storm in my area that weekend I was away to just now tell me it is going to be paid - then it is not going to be paid. THIS IS THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH...LIES UPON LIES AND COST US MORE MONEY! I WANT ANSWERS NOW AND A COMPENTATE PERSON TO CALL ME...I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AT CORP AND UP THE CHAIN AND NOTHING
