The entire job is going well as it should be at no fault of any party. However, Travelers agent Mr. Murphy informed me three days ago that Mr. Lewis stay in the hotel have reached the policy limit. We beleive we should have been informed that we were reaching a limit about 30 days ago so we could prepare for this move. Mr. Floyd is requesting to remain in the hotel 6 more weeks until the repairs are completed as informed by Service Master of Chesapeake that it would be. Thank, you and we need action fast on this matter because we were told to move out 3 days ago with the exit date being 9/8/2019. For Mr. Lewis, Alton G. Jones.
