I had an accident on 4/12/2024 where several vehicles were damaged. I was contacted by Chad Bradley, a representative of Travelers insurance to give a statement detailing what happened to cause the accident, I was referred to a collision shop, Joe Hudson's Collision Center, for repairs. I took the vehicle to the collision shop and received an estimate of damages and was given a date to bring the vehicle back to begin repairs. A rental was set up with Enterprise and at that point, I felt confident that the process would be properly handled. After several weeks, I realized that I had not received an update from the collision shop. I was originally given an estimate of 17 days for repairs. I called the collision shop on May 13,2024 to verify the status of the repairs to attempt to gauge a possible time frame between repairs and the rental being due back to Enterprise. I was informed at that time that my vehicle had been totaled and would not be repaired. I was not notified by Travelers at any time that the vehicle was totaled and have been attempting to get assistance since to no avail.
My rental is due on May 20,2024 and my claim had not been resolved.
Desired outcome: I would like an extension on my rental as well as a call from management in the company to update me regarding the details of my claim.
