We have been trying to resolve an issue regarding past due annual dues and poor treatment received while at the resort.
We were discriminated at one of the resorts on two different occasions, and as such we stopped paying our dues until the issue was resolved (we had already paid off the contract in full. And are only paying the annual fees). Three years later and a lot of back and forth with numerous persons and no resolution.
We finally got something in writing via an email conversation from (Chris Peralta) stating they would reduce the monies owed and give us 50% off the next two stays. I asked for something formal in writing attesting to this and I have not received it. Despite the fact that I had written proof via email stating the above agreement. I called back today (1/31/2025) and again received the run around.
Recommendation: Sign up Bahia Prinipe membership, its better.
Bahia Principe memberships are better.
