TraxNYC Corp. is a company that I recently had an experience with. Let me tell you, once they have your money, there's no going back. This guy named Stevin took my payment, but I never received my item. We went back and forth trying to sort things out, but it was a real hassle.

Maksud, the owner, scammed me. He said he would send me $500 worth of diamond Cuban link bracelets, but they never arrived. I asked him about it, and all he kept saying was that it's coming. But it never came.

I luv shopping with TraxNYC! It wuz such a pleasure 2 be at their place in Diamond District. Their sales team is mad knowledgeable and the dude who helped explained so much bout diamond jewelry, I felt like I'm making a real smart choice. My homie told me once that a lot of jewelry in Diamond District has been made in China but TraxNYC ain't like that. They got their own factory on the 13th floor where u can actually see your jewelry being made. I bought a tennis bracelet with a mix of diamonds and blue sapphires - the latest design made by the owner. Nothing sparks my joy on a daily basis like this purchase does.

Very professionl and highly communicative! This was my first ever jewelry purchase and I was pleased to do business with TraxNYC. I have learned alot from their youtube channel and felt that I could really trust them to deliver a quality product. My chain came out better than I would have thought! The description was spot on to what I received and considering how they were taking orders during the city lockdown, it arrived way sooner than I anticipated. And regarding any concerns about time, they were sure to address it with videos, emails and many updates to their social media. These guys really care about the customer! Looking forward to doing business again.

I tried to do business with TraxNYC Corp. in the Diamond District. The salesperson, who was my fiancé at the time, completed a purchase of 10k. He was the only one negotiating the deal, and it was bought as an engagement gift for me. The deal was for a chain weighing 70 grams, with 17 carats and measuring 3.5 mm, Sv1. However, when I received the chain, it looked noticeably smaller than what was promised. We negotiated the deal over the phone during the pandemic, and the chain was mailed to Virginia. My fiancé handled the negotiations and received the chain from the carrier.
Eventually, my fiancé and I got married, but as our relationship deteriorated, he started making monthly payments of ***, with the latest payment in September. I have always had possession of the necklace. Recently, the necklace broke, and I informed TraxNYC Corp. about it. I have repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction with this purchase, particularly regarding the quality and size of the diamonds. I brought up my concerns with the salesperson, and eventually, they gave me a 750 credit. They acknowledged that the stones were not the promised 3.5 size. They also promised and provided a *** appraisal.
During a phone call, the salesperson tried to negotiate an unreasonable deal with me. I couldn't understand how they could offer me *** for a chain that I paid *** for. The communication was short and lacking. I requested that they review the video from September 13th, the last time we were in the store. Another manager came and promised me 10k, plus my store credit. He admitted that the previous salesperson was wrong and said the chain would be scrapped, and a new one would be made with the original specifications. I would also keep my authentic *** store credit. However, the salesperson walked the sales manager away from me, seeming agitated. When I left the store, I felt uncomfortable seeing individuals loitering in front of the establishment.

I have used the contact form on the website to contact them as that is the only way, The first two times I fill out the form no one contacted me. on the 3rd time i got a replay two weeks later from Tom by text he asked me if I still needed help I said yes and here never replayed. I filled out the form again and got texted and called by Will. I asked him what was going on with my order and he said they where working on it. Two weeks later still nothing. They do not contact you back and they just lie to you to keep string you along with no real answers.

I submitted my form and Tom from TraxNyc had texted me and asked me if I still needed help on my order. I texted back 2 minutes later and no response on May ***. I texted the next day, and still no response (May *). I texted May *** and no response. I've called the company multiple times and no answer. Finally, I called Tom from TraxNyc (May *) and he called back. He said if my order has not been shipped in a week to call him back. It is now May *** and I am no longer interested in this order. I want a refund on my order and I cannot get ahold of anybody. Terrible first experience. Will never shop here again.

Not only this , out the blue moon someone will call you just to butter you up thinking you will be receiving your item in a specific time frame all just to get played and be upset(insert clown emoji ?) there service is horrible, and they also have specific guidelines on how they do things, when they send things, etcs. and they can’t even stay true to themselve. Honestly there shouldn’t be a restock fee charge or fee in general when canceling your order, when they can’t comply with their own guidelines

I have contacted TRAXNYC on several occasions, the voicemail is completely full so no message can be left, I have sent several text and emails. I did get a response 3/31 that the Iteam would ship 4/15, when I reached out 4/13 to see if we are still on schedule I was unable to get any answers or response. The web page says to be contacted leave a message via email and someone will contact you in 48hours max, it's now 4/17 and I have yet to receive any confirmation that my iteam is being prepped for shipping. At this point I'm unable to speak with anyone, they have had my monies for 6 weeks now with l;ittle to no communication so at this point I want my money back, I can not trust that a Jewely store from NY is going to send my iteam to California, also I see other reviews with clients that have same complaint.

On on February , I paid in full for a Necklace from Traxnyc. I ordered a 110grams solid 10k gold 7mm 30in Miami Cuban chain "Order Number(***) . I was told that the chain I ordered wasn't in stock, and it would take 3weeks because it has to be made, and the were going to put the traxnyc stamp on the locket part. March *, I received my package from *** and it NOT what I ordered it's a 5mm 14k Gold Necklace. I spoke with a traxnyc representative and they said they will handle the issue. I needed this matter taken care of immediately because I wasn't a satisfied customer. I sent the package back immediately because they just sent me anything think I didn't know jewelry. Then after calling dozens of time and not getting anyone one on the phone, I finally talked to someone who didn't get me his name once I asked for it. I told him my issue, and he wasn't helpful only to tell me that the 110gram Cuban link I paid in full will weigh about 106grams, and I told him I paid for 110gram and it should be just that because I didn't receive any discount on them shortening me 4grams that false advertising. I feel if you advertise 110grams and I paid for it I feel I shouldn't get any less. March , they sent a Covid-19 letter but my Merchandise should've been sent by that time. I been reaching out by email and phone calls, I also sent an email April *** and June *, and here it is July *, and still no response or anything for them. I'm just done with the situation and I'm asking can I get a "refund" because I was waiting too long for this Necklace and I dont appreciate paying for 110grams an after my money is paid in full you tell me it's going to be 106grams. After over a month of no order update i submitted an inquiry/contact form via their website on 6/1 and received a follow up. Upon that follow up I was asked did I submit the photo for my pendant which i already did during the time of my order. I was advised by Will that my order was being moved from production and should have shipped in another week or so. A couple weeks went by and i didn’t received anything. I then submitted another contact form 6/11 NO ANSWER. And then another contact form on 7/4 and received the following text message, “***” At this point I just want the item I paid for. At this point we are approaching 3 months with nothing. First i was told it was in production, then moved from production and ready to lay the photo, then i was told it would be shipped within a week or so. Now I’m being told my item is still in production to allow 7-15 business days. At this point i need some real answers on how much longer it’ll take my item to ships

Trax false advertises this term knowing most people know the definition, however they change this by hiding their definition in their TERMS writing which is "does not guarantee item availability ". This obviously is not layaway. Ontop of this, no refunds, only store credit. Who's to say your item is available? 15 texts, emails, calls, google forms sent in 2 months since my final payment and not one response. A normal individual would consider their money stolen. Trax does not care about layaway orders. Once they have your money its theirs, why would they answer you? Or ship your item you paid for? New york fake hustle. They stole $700.00 from me then spit in my face. Now their response will be of course... we are sorry for the delay, we are experiencing overwhelming calls and emails, we do not steal, there is a pandemic...BLAH blah blah... in reality any store 2 months behind would still not be making videos about being open saying give us your money even though we cant respond or ship your item in a timely matter. Doesnt stop trax though. The pandemic is a blessing for them to COWARDLY hide behind while MANIPULATING and stealing Americans hard earned money while making excuses after excuses on why they cant produce. Odd . You will see all these issues were occuring way before this FAKE pandemic. For years. Do not give these people your money.
