Terrible Customer Service, Poor Property Conditions, and Outrageous Prices: A Review of Treehouse Communities
treehousecommunities.com is a terrible company to do business with. I can't even begin to describe how bad they are. If you're thinking about living in one of their properties, don't even bother.
First of all, their customer service is terrible. I tried calling them multiple times and was put on hold for hours. When I finally got through, the representative was rude and unhelpful.
Secondly, their properties are in terrible condition. The one I lived in had mold and other issues that were never addressed. It was clear that they didn't care about the well-being of their tenants.
Lastly, their prices are outrageous. I paid way too much for a property that was falling apart. It's clear that they're only in it for the money and don't care about providing quality living spaces.
In conclusion, I would never recommend treehousecommunities.com to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to do business with.
Treehouse Communities: Poor Tenant Care and Customer Service
Treehouse Communities is a company that seems to be more interested in raising the rent than taking care of their tenants. It's clear that they don't care about their renters, as evidenced by their recent rent increase of over 10%. It's outrageous that they would do this, especially during these tough economic times.
Furthermore, their customer service is terrible. The office never answers the phone and they never return phone calls. It's incredibly frustrating to try and get in touch with them, especially when you have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed. And when you do finally get through to someone, they're often rude and unfriendly.
If you're considering renting a space from Treehouse Communities, I would strongly advise against it. They clearly don't care about their tenants and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to live.
Mixed Experience at Treehouse Communities: Security Issues, Poor Communication, and Unkempt Environment
I've been a resident of Treehouse Communities for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a mixed experience. When I first moved in, things were pretty good. Sure, there were a few issues here and there, but nothing too major. However, things have taken a turn for the worse lately.
One of the biggest problems we've been facing is that someone in the park has been giving out the pass codes to our gates to homeless people and drug addicts. As a result, these people have been showing up all over the place, and it's been really difficult to feel safe and secure in our own community. To try and address this issue, the management has restricted access to the facilities to office hours only. While this might work for some people, it's really inconvenient for those of us who work during the week and want to use the facilities on the weekends. It feels like we're paying for something we can't even use.
Another issue is that it's become really difficult to get in touch with the office staff. We used to be able to just drop in and talk to them if we had a problem or a question, but now we have to make an appointment in advance. This can be really frustrating, especially if you have a busy schedule and can't always plan ahead. I've had to have someone else pay my rent for me because the office staff is gone by the time I get home from work.
To try and address the security issues, the management has been asking for volunteers to monitor the pool on the weekends. I volunteered, but it's been a bit of a mess. I had to make an appointment just to find out what I was supposed to do, and it feels like the management doesn't really know how to handle the situation. They haven't even put up any "no trespassing" signs, despite the fact that we've given them information about who's letting these people in and have called the police to report suspicious activity.
On top of all this, the community just feels dirty and unkempt. There's dog poop all over the place, and the bushes and walls are covered in it. It's not a pleasant environment to be in. To make matters worse, the office staff has been telling people that they need to wear nicer clothes to their appointments with her. It's just ridiculous.
Overall, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with Treehouse Communities. While there are some good things about living here, the security issues and lack of communication with the management have really soured the experience for me. I hope that things improve in the future, but for now, I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to live.
