I just ordered over 200$s in merchandise, why did my subtotal end up over 300$.. and can't be that much for shipping???
I just want the shipping rate lower, cause i love the clothes, but that is way to much for the shipping! I would love to got my order.. but is there any way you could lower the shipping rate and help me out! Please, and i plan on doing alto more business with you! Just please try and drop the shipping rate ? I have allot more people interested in your product. Let me know ASAP. If u would do something about the shipping price. Best regards and thank you!

I don't understand why didn't I spent some time on reading the reviews before I made an order. I really hate ordering from China because not only does it take forever to receive, but also sizes are way too small, and usually quality is very poor. Nothing looks like the pictures they advertise. I ordered some items, but received nothing yet, even though I made the order three months ago. I contacted TrendsGal customer care and they told something about not being able to verify my credit card. Cool story. These scam companies make me sick! If I don't get my orders I will open up claims with PayPal.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers. I was about to place an order, the total was 22.41 USD and I am from Canada and with the conversion and shipping my should have come to 40 dollars. When I went to pay from my Paypal account the amount to be debited was 90 dollars. I have emailed them with actual screenshots and their replies are bull$#*!. Do not order from this company. The phone number is a joke. No one answers and you can't leave a message

i placed my order on or around september 5 ; 2015. this now february 13, 2016 and i have not received my order. i have e-mailed several times and i followed instructions and when i put in my ticket number and order number 3 different times;;;; they said it was the "wrong number". i am sorely disappointed and i believe this is a "scam " company...they took the money from my account the same i ordered it. i think they should be charged with fraud and closed down...i wouldn't recommend trendsgal to anyone for anything except poor service!

I ordered a cute looking dress from TrendsGal and paid extra $40 for expedited shipping. I wanted that dress for a special event. Three weeks passed and I received nothing yet! I have no idea where my dress is or will it ever be delivered. Recently I checked the status of my order and it still says „processing”. They did not hesitate one second to pull the money out of my account. I went to their website and tried to find a customer service phone number to call and cancel my order. But their phone number is not working! Then I finally went online and started reading the reviews! I was shocked when I found out how many people were scammed by TrendsGal! I sent them many messages, but there was no reply! I want my money back! Stay ways from these disgusting money stealer's!

I'm so disappointed with TrendsGal! I bought two cute looking dresses in early January and received nothing yet. I waited patiently for weeks, and I cannot wait any longer! I want what I paid for. Will someone please help me? I have no idea what to do! I tried to contact their customer service, but it was just a waste of time since no one ever replied. These criminals just steal money from people and manage to get away with it! How is this even possible in 21st sanctuary? This company needs to be shut down! They are running a scam business!

I recently ordered some clothing from TrendsGal and when I finally received my order I was extremely disappointed with it. I've never been so disappointed with an online purchase! Everything I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I left a review, but it was immediately removed. They never answered my messages and calls, there is no way I could get in touch with someone from TrendsGal staff. The owners of this website are actually the same people who run SammyDress. Both sites are just a scam. They sell terrible quality clothes, never allow returns and these two websites have horrible customer service! If you're thinking about ordering from either site just don't do it!

I spent over $150 and purchased some clothes from TrendsGal website. Its been three weeks since I made an order and I received nothing yet. I swear to God I will have their entire scam company and all employees sued if I do not get what I paid for. I tried to contact them many time but it was a waste of time since they ignored all my emails and calls. They sent me a tracking number which was invalid! I really hate this company! The only thing they care about is stealing peoples money. Absolute scammers!

I made an order on January 11th 2016. I never purchased anything from TrendsGal and I just wanted to give it a try, so I ordered only one top. I also paid extra money for expedited shipping for these to arrive within 7 business days. When I went online to check my order shipping status is only showed "processing". Two weeks later I decided to call customer service but there was no answer. I sent a complaint to the company and asked for a refund, but still nothing. Only two days ago I received an email from them stating that item I ordered was out of stock. How is it that even possible that they can keep my money when I've received nothing? Do not buy anything from TrendsGal. There are many other websites with much better service and they will treat you appropriately.

I purchased a dress from TrendsGal as a Christmas present for my sister. Several weeks later I finally received the package and when I opened it I was very disappointed by their quality and workmanship. The dress looked nothing like the picture on their website, quality was disgusting, the workmanship was extremely poor and it looked cheap. So I contacted TrendsGal customer service immediately and requested a return. They promised to send me a return ticket but I never received it. I tried to call them many times but no one picked up the phone. This company is completely ridiculous! No one called, emailed or attempted to resolve the issue. It seems like they do not care about their customers and their own reputation. Not to mention, that I received the dress only two weeks ago! Horrible experience! I'll continue leaving bad reviews everywhere I can because I just want no one else to be cheated the way I have been. Learn from my experience and the experiences of the others! Please save your hard earned money and don't order anything from TrendsGal.

This business needs to be shut down! I ordered some items from TrendsGal and the quality of the clothes I received was horrible. Nothing looked like it was displayed on their website. I bought two pairs of jeans. Jeans looked fine, there were buttons, but there were no holes for the buttons to go in. I also bought a dress and it looked gorgeous on the pictures but in reality is was poorly made and material was cheap. It was not made out of the same material shown online. Everything was just terrible. Ignore all the good reviews! I bet they have an employee who is paid for writing good reviews. Avoid purchasing items online that are being shipped from China. Don't waste your money on Chinese garbage.

I ordered something from TrendsGal, but I never received the package. I actually wanted to place a large order, but I changed my mind. That was my first time ordering something from TrendsGal, so I decided to order something small, just in case something hoes wrong. I’m glad I decide to check the company before ordering something big. It is now two months since then and nothing arrived yet. I keep contacting customer service and nobody seems to help. Their customer service is the worst on the planet! Don’t waste your time and money here, they really don’t care about their clients and the only thing they want is money.

This company picks and chooses whose order they will fill. Some people get their order but many do not and they do not have a usable way to contact them. I ordered several pieces - a wig and some jewelry. I ordered in September and was told my order was shipped November 9th, 2015 and it could take several weeks to reach me. I understood they were slow so I did not contact my credit card company. I wanted these items for Christmas presents. As Christmas approach I tried to contact them, but to no avail. From other complaints I've read, I believe this company fills some orders but, purposely, does not fill all orders. They fill some orders to keep people ordering. I would love to have my money back. They are scammers.

I ordered my items on 12/20/2015, and it was shipped let them tell it the next day, and today is 01/09/2016 and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed this company about my package on 3 different occasions and because I didn't do the express shipping they have yet to inform me of where my package is or how to track it, or who they sent it through so I could contact the shipping company . Also when I tried contacting the company by phone it said to leave a message on the voicemail but the mail box is full. I had every intention of ordering more items from them but after this I will NOT be doing that. Also I can't find a way of getting a refund so I think this company stole my money. So don't let the cheap prices fool you, I think this company is fadulent. Because what kind of company doesn't have some type of customer service number that you can contact to speak to someone about issues with your order or complaints and you have to leave a message. So I would most definitely not order another damn thing from them.

bad service
I ordered something and paid for it through PayPal. Since I paid extra for shipping they promised to deliver my stuff within 5 days. The next day I received a message from TrendsGal saying they didn't receive money. But their website showed that the order was paid for. I asked them some questions about me order, but it seemed like they don't understand anything. 5 days passed and I called again just to hear "we didn't receive money". Anyway I decided to stop the payment and cancel the order. Well, these guys just lost a customer.

I made an order and purchased several items on December 14th, 2015. But I haven't received any information about my order. There was no confirmation email, no tracking number. I have been waiting almost a month for my items and I hoped to have them before Christmas. But Christmas came and passed and then it was New Years eve, but still no package. I contacted the customer support by phone, no one answered. The same thing was with the messages! I sent them tons of emails, but there was no response! I didn't even get a tracking number, how can I know where my order is! Horrible company!

I purchased a dress on November 25. I was really excited about it, because I wanted to wear that gorgeous black dress for Christmas. But, unfortunately, it never arrived. I sent them messages asking about the status of my order, but there was no response! I even tried to call, but their phone number doesn't work! So it is impossible to contact them. But yesterday they finally updated the status of my order. I placed it almost a month ago, and only now my item is ready for shipping. I don't need that dress anymore, so I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back. But no response again. Don't use this website, better save your money and time.

I never do reviews but this time I really felt like it was necessary. The service was terrible. When I made my order I also paid extra for expedited shipping. However, it took them three weeks to deliver my order. I got my items thanks to PayPal only. When I was ignored by TrendsGal team, I asked PayPal for help. TrendsGla immediately took money from my account, but when I sent them messages, they never responded. I'm happy and disappointed at the same time. I finally receives my items, but they look nothing like the pictures, and quality is very poor. I will never order from this website again.

I placed my orders in Oct.I am just getting all the stuff I never ordered. I got earrings with only one earring in the package. Order some products from TrendsGal four months ago and until now have not received my package. I contacted the company and they said they are ready to help me. I don't know why but they told I need to pay $50 to resend me my package. Well, that's not normal. I have ordered form many other sites and never paid more to get a package resent. It was not my fault! I told them I don't need things I ordered anymore, so they can keep them. I asked for a refund. And they said they can refund only 15% of the whole price. My order was $70 and they can refund only 15% of it? I told that they will give all my money back or there will be some problems later. Then we started arguing about the money. There were many rude things said to me. But they finally agreed and told I'll get a refund. I went to the bank and realised they returned only $10. I don't know what that was, joke or something else. But I'll do something and they going to pay for what they did to me.

I ordered on the 27th of october, i contacted them three times about my order every time it was something different like, wait 25 days then wait for 35 days then wait 45 days now, this is all through a ticket other than that you gets no contact with them. This company is a scam it does not take this long to receive an order, if it has not arrived in 25 days that means it's not coming and then 30days still not received and they don't want to refund me. Never again i want my money back!#!

Do not order from them I placed 2 oreders in January and have not received either one.They sent me a message saying on of them was shipped to a wrong address and they can not refund my money back, but yet I have not received the 2nd order yet and they say it has the right adress on it so my question is why would the other order have a wrong address.Rip Off
I was trying to see how much they where going to charge me & before I knew it they had already taken out money of my account never got it back and never got an email the phone numbers that they have on there don't even work ! there live chat dosent either !
