I placed an order for clothes on September 3rd with a company I thought was US based. I received an initial email with tracking information saying the clothes were shipping from Jamestown NY. After three weeks I started wondering where my clothes were and they kept giving me bogus tracking numbers that kept going bad until finally one thieve came halfway honest and admitted that, yes, they were a Chinese company and my clothes had shipped out from there (if they even really had at all) and I would get them if I would contact my post office or some other damn thing. I have asked for a refund and they have refused to give me one. They are nothing but thieves and liars and I assure you I would have never ordered from them if I'd known they were in China knowing the quality of Chinese merchandise and considering the fact Chinese products have been randomly killing Americans and their pets and children for the past ten years. Stay away from these people if you want any peace of mind.

I placed an order for a bathing suit a few days ago for $16.84. I even paid extra for quicker shipping. They keep saying that they have not received my payment, even though I sent them a screenshot of the transaction for the amount they charged me having been taken out if my checking account.

I made my order with Trendsgal last June 7, 2016 and paid P 8618.35. I ordered 24 dresses for me and my daughter thinking that since they were very nice and of high quality as they were so nice in the pictures.
June 17, 2016, a courier came and asked me to pay P1, 500 for customs duties. I had no choice but to pay. I then opened my package and lo and behold, there were only 19 items on it and it was stated in the commercial invoice. I ordered and paid for 24 items. Only 19 arrived.
When I checked the clothes, they were of sooooo looooow quality, so thin and flimsy and the stitches were so haphazardly made. Clothes like these are only worth 50 pesos each. some of them were even ripped off.

i placed an order three weeks ago and have not receive any of my merchandise. what is taking so long. i am very disappointed because i am looking forward to my makeup that yall wont send me then my clothes yall keeping back from me i payed visa for these item and it has taken away from my account to yall. i payed 69.34 and have not receive my order yet. i wanted what i order and i want this all in one day. i pay my hard earn work money yall give me what the hell i order. im disappointed and i want what the hell i order.

I ordered 6 pairs of pants and 5 out of the 6 were damaged.
All damaged items received have a discoloration and stain marks on each pair . The sawing is awful with extra strings and thread hanging off through out each pair as well. I have been trying to contact this company for a long time through customer support online and by phone. I have not been able to submit my complaint online because it continually tells me the identification number is incorrect. The phone every single time goes to a voice message with no way of leaving a message. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase and the (lack of) customer service.
Words can no longer express how angry I am with this company. It has been 2 months since I have been calling, emailing, and trying to submit my ticket. It is impossible to contact this company when you are in the united states. Seriously I want my money back for the faulty items you sent me as long with shipping cost. This is a very unprofessional business - you leave no way for us to contact you or leave a voice message for a return call. Nothing.

Over a month ago, I ordered a SteamPunk corset for a party I was attending. The corset did not arrive in time, so I had to find something else. When I contacted TrendsGal, they first informed me that it HAD been delivered, in an email that was a little bit snarky. I wrote them back and explained that if they looked at the link they sent me, they would see that actually the item was refused at the post office, and was being sent back to them. I explained that I wanted a refund. Not only did they refuse to refund my shipping, they also refused to refund my purchase price. Horrible customer service. They then offered my "100 points" on my account for my next purchase. Believe me, that is never going to happen.

First time getting a debit card. Like any other person excited to do online shopping. Making this website my first option to do so. Spent over $150 and was only sent half my items. When I looked at how much it was going to cost it said $103 then when it approved I checked my account and was charged $163? Not too impressed. Wondering if maybe the other half are on its way or have I completely just wasted my money on something im not getting.

I have ordered three dresses from www.trendsgal.com in early February and paid some extra money for fast shipping. They promised to deliver my things within 5 days and it is now mid March and still nothing! I contacted customer service through email numerous times and never received a reply. I also tried their phone number, but every time I called no one answered! I paid over $70 for my dresses plus $25 for shipping. I'm so disappointed!

Wow! This sounds like something I'm going through with a seller from eBay. I ordered something more than six months ago still have not gotten it. Every time I message them it's always yhe same excuse and they blame it on the Postal Service. I know this has nothing to do with this particular company but it is being shipped from China and there's always issues with these China based companies. I appreciate that you have commented about your experience so that it can/will save other people from having to go through what you are going through right now. I hope that you either get your items and hopefully they are like the photo and fit properly, or you get a refund. At this point honestly I would just take the refund but that's me. I had to deal with Twinkledeals although because I chose to use PayPal for my payment method I put in a dispute and in 1 day I was refunded my money. I am extremely disappointed! I made my order about two weeks ago and never received a confirmation email. I also cannot log into my account! First I tried to reset my password and their website said that there were no users with such email address! Then I called them, but no one answered, then I sent a message and still nothing! Their live chat is an absolute garbage, no one answers there either. I want to cancel my order but have no idea how to do that! TrendsGal is a fraudulent company!

I have order. This Vip Membership paid for it and have not been able to use it at all for my online store now that i see so many Complaints about this company i see why i didnt order. Let alone. For 3 wks i could not get anyone on the phone let alone couldn't find a number. Well after i finally found a number i spoke to some guy that didn't speak English and he could not tell me ###. Plus all he continue to say is that i had to go to a email and reply and wait and i told him i have done that to many times. And no response. So after that he hung up. Just flat out rude. And i really feel thier a scam that needs to be investigated by IRS or FBI. something has to be stop by these people doing this. Its HORRIBLE and ive paid for a Vip membership and can't use it and. Cant speak to anyone to help

I received the product within about a week of placing my order. Upon receiving it, I realized the huge mistake I made in ordering from trendsgal. First of all, the 'quality' was laughable. Their product was horribly misrepresented on their website. You wind up getting a cheap, chincey knock off of what you think you're ordering. Second, they shorted me several pieces in my order and failed to credit my paypal account. I immediately opened up a complaint with them according to their warranty policy. After waiting several days with no response, I filed a claim with paypal. Finally, I received a response from them telling me that I needed to review the warranty policy! Such bs. After several days of communication, they agreed to refund me in full plus additional compensation for the shipping to send back to them. I mailed the package back and they've received it according to the customers tracking number and I have yet to receive my refund. Or any response from them. They steal your money and do not respond. Do not waste your money or time on this company!
terrible clothes
When I found TrendsGal website and saw all the cute clothes I immediately placed an order. Well, so many cute things and so cheap prices were too good to be true. I also paid extra money for the expedited shipping and it still took them over a month to deliver. Things I received were of a poor quality and looked nothing like pictures on their website, so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. I received only computer generated responses and never reached a real live person! I will never order from this site again!

I made an order in early January and was promised to receive the dress I ordered in 7-14 business days. It is now March and still nothing! This company is absolutely terrible and dishonest! I sent them many messages for the past two months and never received a reply! These people are ignoring me, they absolutely do not care. They are creating such a bad name for their business with their own hands! I'll never buy anything from them again even if I will receive my dress. Avoid TrendsGal at all costs!

I will never order anything from TrendsGal again! I've purchased a dress from them and was very excited about my purchase, until it arrived. And the worst part was that they charged more than they were supposed to! The dress I received was rubbish and very poorly made, it looked like a cheap piece of rag. It was also very thin and completely see through, size was ridiculously small! When I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, they refused to give my money back, even though I sent them pictures! Never again!

I accidentally found TrendsGal website and decided to give it a try. But that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I made an order in early January and received nothing yet. Today is the last day of February and still nothing. I tried to contact them many times but never received a response. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer support. I also contacted USPS and found out that the tracking number TrendsGal gave me doesn't exist! Lesson learned, never again I will order from these thieves!

For several weeks now I have been trying to reach someone from TrendsGal. I ordered some items from their website and it took them almost a month to deliver my order. When it finally arrived several items were missing. All I got from theme were computer generated responses that made no sense. I think TrendsGal is just another scam company that takes people's money and run! Very poor service! After reading the online reviews I doubt they'll ever help me. I am trying to figure out why my stuff has never arrived. I ordered some items from TrendsGal about three weeks ago and received no tracking number yet. I contacted their customer service many times and asked about the status of my order, but there was no response. I am so furious at this point! I actually ordered stuff from this company before and did receive my order. Things I got were great, so I decided to order something again. I'm very disappointed with TrendsGal, I thought it was a reputable company, but I guess I was wrong.

This company is awful. I have been waiting more than 30 days to receive my order. When I contacted them by email a response came back saying it could take 50+days for me to receive. I have ordered a number of items from this company, but never again. The two items I received were rubbish and nothing like the colour shown on website. It's laughable that they are advertising for mother's day. With any luck you may get it for next year's mother's day. Still waiting to receive an order made over 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped out, still processing. Buyer be ware!

I have copied and pasted below is Trendsgal Customer Service Email issuing me a refund that they never paid. The items sent to me were broken and poorly packed by Trendsgal. I followed customer service instructions by sending photos to prove items were destroyed. The clothing items are poorly made. The jewelry pieces are broken and different colors from the original pieces. The company seems to advertise what appeals to the eyes but sends a totally different color. They have a disclaimer but if you don't have the same color advertise what you do have. Consumers what transparency and honesty and Trendsgal lacks these qualities in their business principles. I would not purchase items from this company because they have proven to be untrustworthy.

I purchased some clothes from TrendsGal and paid over $100! I made my order back in December and it is now late February and received nothing yet. I'm so angry and disappointed. I contacted them many times, have sent several tickets! My order is still processing and I have no idea when it will be shipped. I want my money back. I am getting in touch with someone to shut this place down. Avoid TrendsGal at all costs!
