I underwent a terrible experience on the early morning of 28th September at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, Kenya when I was denied entry into my Saudia Airline flight by the check in crew. I was scheduled to fly from Nairobi to Warsaw, Poland and my flight had two stops one in Jeddah, Saudia Airline, the other in Vienna, Italy and then to my final destination of Warsaw, Poland. The airline personnel at the check-in said she was unable to check me in as the system only showed that my itinerary was all the way to Jeddah and did not show any other destination thereafter. I tried to explain that these were separate flights and I would be doing personal check ins at the individual airline counters (Ryan Air and Wizz Air) but she still refused because she did not have the full itinerary from her end which should have been handled well by Trip.com which they failed to do so. I have been in contact with Trip.com concerning this issue but they have completely refused to take liability of this issue and have instead gone ahead to play mind trick on me by suggesting that perhaps I didn't have the necessary documents like a visa which I considered it as an insult to my basic understanding of how flights take place. They reimbursed me half of what I had paid for in the first place but I needed the full amount of what I had paid initially. This flight had been booked one month early as I am a student and I needed the best rates. Now I had to book another flight which was almost $1000 for I had to be in school before the beginning of October. I feel as if I have been cheated out of my money and still spent more out of Trip.com's negligence, lack of communication and accountability. This shouldn't happen to anyone else.
Desired outcome: I need my full airfare money that I used to book the flight with because this issue could have been sorted out by Trip.com themselves.
