I paid for an event on Trippr, but it got cancelled. They said they'd give me my money back, but it's been like 8 months and still nothing. I got proof and everything.

Trippr I bought 2 tix for Departure in Mexico for $289 each

I bought 2 tix for Departure in Mexico for $289 each. But they canceled it a day after it was supposed to start. They said they'd give me my money back and $200 more. But they lied. I never got my refund. They even told my credit card they don't owe me anything. I got all the emails and proof. I need my refund before I call my lawyer.

Trippr I booked a trip with Trippr and paid in installments

I booked a trip with Trippr and paid in installments. But then I had to cancel on 1/14/2022. They said I wouldn't be charged anymore, but then they charged me $146.38 on 1/21/2022, a whole week after I canceled! I told them about the mistake and they said they'd give me my money back in 60 days. But it's been over 6 months and I haven't heard anything or gotten my refund yet. (No good!)

Trippr Me and another person booked a trip to Mexico with Trippr for January 2022

Me and another person booked a trip to Mexico with Trippr for January 2022. It was supposed to be all-inclusive with performances. But then in December , they sent us an email saying no more performers. They said we could get a full or partial refund. We chose the partial refund. They said we'd get it by January 14, 2022. We paid $1499 each for the trip and they said we'd get 40% back each. But now I've emailed them a bunch of times and they're not answering me anymore.

Trippr So, I bought 7 tix for Ritmo Vegas in Las Vegas on March 16, 2022

So, I bought 7 tix for Ritmo Vegas in Las Vegas on March 16, 2022. I paid $1253.70 and got a confirmation code: ***. The event was for 3 days and had pool parties and club events. But then on March 27, 2022, I got an email saying it was cancelled and I'd get a refund in 90 days. It's been almost 5 months now and I still haven't got my money back. I tried to complain and email them, but no one's answering. I need my money back ASAP, can you help me out?

Trippr I booked a trip to *** for the Just for laughs x escapes event through Pollen and used Trippr for booking and payment

I booked a trip to *** for the Just for laughs x escapes event through Pollen and used Trippr for booking and payment. I booked on 5/6/22 with booking # 95WUUURS for the event on 11/2/22/6/22. I paid $100 deposit and $644.75 for following payments. I was double charged and was told that they refund me, but I didn't receive any refund. On 8/26/22, Pollen emailed me that the event was cancelled and they would contact me soon. I was charged $2,679 by Trippr by this point. I sent emails to Pollen on 9/5 and 9/30, but I didn't get any answer. On 10/12, I reached out to Trippr about the refund, and they kicked me back to Pollen. I opened a dispute through my credit card company, but Trippr said that I cancelled on my own. I sent another email on 11/17 asking for a phone number, but I haven't received any response yet.

Trippr I had a terrible experience with Trippr, who processed my payment for a festival ticket and travel package through Pollen

I had a terrible experience with Trippr, who processed my payment for a festival ticket and travel package through Pollen. I paid a $10 deposit and was supposed to make four payments of $109.75, but on May 22nd, Pollen took $329.25 from my account instead. I tried to get a refund, but Pollen was unresponsive and Trippr's support email was no longer working. To make matters worse, the festival was canceled and Pollen said it would take up to 90 days to process refunds. It's been six months and I still haven't received any information about my refund. I paid $449 for a hotel package and a 3-day ticket to the festival, but now I'm stuck with nothing. I tried to resolve the issue with Pollen, but they haven't done anything to help. It's a complete scam and I wouldn't recommend using Trippr or Pollen for anything.
