My billing cycle is on the 13th and it's supposed to refill today November the 13th but somehow it has been changed and they are not trying to fix it and refill my account when I asked for a supervisor here or their supervisor they send me to anyone who does not take care of the issue and keep hanging up and refusing to give me 10 and command who's in charge at this company that is the first complaint the second complaint is I was charged twice $12 For a service that I did not ask for authorized my plan is free when I called in to ask why I was charged twice $12 with my plan was free I was told to receive an extra better plan for a gigabyte a month for a year I said I did not ask for that or authorize it they only refunded me for one of the charges they said I had to keep the other $12 charge for the extra gigabyte that I did not receive as well telling me that it will be given on the next billing cycle I do not need that my plan refreshes for free on the next billing cycle they're refusing to give me supervisors information like a complaint against them and they are not handling the issue and they have not fixed my billing cycle
