File a claim for repair on my 2015 pathfinder in September and it has not been paid yet. Received an e-check finally in December and two days later they TruWarranty stopped payment on the check because they stated they send another e-check. The second e-check has not arrived but been trying to get more information regarding the second e-check for over 4 weeks but cannot speak to anyone about the check.
Desired outcome: just speak to someone regarding of the status of the second e-check.
