No no no
I contacted Tulip in concerns of my dad who recently passed away.
Tulip made excuses after excuses, and they never called me back so I could make arrangements for my dad. Then after going back and forth with them for days and waiting for them to call me back for OVER 5 hours, I finally got a call from a supervisor telling me that he thought that Tulip wouldn't be a good fit for me. They are ghetto, money hungry, and they don't care about you, your Family or the Deceased! You will be sorry if you trust your loved one with Tulip. You don't have to take my word for it, just look at some of the other reviews from highly dissatisfied customers.
Recommendation: Do not go to Tulip Cremation Services. Absolutely NOT.

Our son passed away from an accident
Our son passed away from an accident. He never woke up. We called Tulip Cremation for their services. They were really nice and explained everything. We lived a long way away. Tulip kept in touch with us every step of the way. They did everything they said and more. We're very happy.
Tulip Cremation, Inc
Tulip Cremation, Inc. messed up my husband's death certificate. They got the day and time wrong, which has caused a lot of problems for me. I can't even plan his funeral or get support as his spouse because of their mistake. It's really frustrating and has caused a lot of stress during an already difficult time. My family had to cancel their travel plans because of this. Tulip needs to be more careful and take their job seriously.
Tulip Cremation didn't do a good job with my mom's cremation
Tulip Cremation didn't do a good job with my mom's cremation. The representative didn't keep me updated and I had to call them for any information. Two weeks after my mom passed away, they emailed me saying she should have been cremated the day before and promised to call me later that day to confirm. But I didn't hear from them for a week, so I called them and found out they still hadn't done the cremation. My mom paid for this service so I wouldn't have to worry about it, but Tulip didn't do anything else right. They only did the cremation and failed in every other way.
It was a total nightmare and it's still going on
It was a total nightmare and it's still going on. I asked them to split the ashes and send them to me and my brother, but they sent all the ashes to me instead. It's been a real pain to deal with. I called them right away and they said they'd get back to me the next week. But when a week went by and I didn't hear anything, I called them again and they just kept giving me the runaround. Losing a loved one is hard enough, but when the people you hired to help you mess up and don't take responsibility, it's even worse. And then they asked me to "Forward" an email to confirm that someone had approved the option...it's just a terrible situation.
My experience with Tulip was like those other reviews, and the bad taste is still there from when my wife passed away in Feb of 2019 and it's
My experience with Tulip was like those other reviews, and the bad taste is still there from when my wife passed away in Feb of 2019 and it's 2022 now. I thought everything was taken care of, but it wasn't and looking back, I should've left them then. But they made me think that giving them my credit card was enough. Hospice was already in charge, but Tulip wouldn't respond. They suggested I choose another provider from a big list of reputable ones. My mistake was keeping the body at a mortuary 25 miles away after waiting all day for Tulip to get it together. After two weeks, the remains were sent to *** for cremation. The sad part is not knowing whose remains were returned to me. Don't use this company and go with one that has a good reputation to avoid heartache.

I paid for cremation service ($1,200 + $500 travel money) from Tulip Cremation, Inc
I paid for cremation service ($1,200 + $500 travel money) from Tulip Cremation, Inc. a few weeks ago. They didn't tell me that Homesteader, life insurance company, and eFuneral, sales agent, were involved. There were many issues with the eFuneral portal not working, causing me to give my private information repeatedly. (1) I finally got a signed contract for the life insurance, but I still don't have one from Tulip, showing that they agree to fulfill their end of the agreement or for the travel. (2) They emailed a separate signing package with all of my highly confidential info needed for a death certificate (full SSN, DOB, address, profession, etc., etc.) WITHOUT A PASSWORD OR ENCRYPTION. (HelloSign, the app that they use, confirms it's due to how they have the software configured). (3) Their rating is A+, but they are careless. Also, it's misleading with so many parties involved. (Don't post).
I live in an undisclosed location
I reside in an unspecified area. My mom passed away on May 14th. Before she passed, I arranged for death certificates, tree plantings in her honor, and cremation. Tulip cremation sent her doctor, uninvolved in her final hospital stay, a packet of papers without follow-up, leading to incomplete paperwork. The county struggled to reach them due to errors. I've pleaded with her doctor's office for coordination. The company promised to handle these matters, but I was overwhelmed with paperwork during my mom's battle with a rare disease. The fine print may have mentioned potential emotional and financial distress due to delays in obtaining her death certificate. As of July 7th, I still lack the certificate, her bank account is frozen, and I'm incurring late fees on bills and mortgage.
