Here are the pictures small box with one item only. This order was originally place on 01/14. After numerous email and messages, the replacement order is sent, only to have 1/2 the order. Now more emails and more time to finally fulfill this order. I am really dissatisfied with this level of service. There is no contact phone number to speak to someone directly. only messages back and forth. Shipping only part of the replacement order is unacceptable. I don't want apologies; I want my order fulfilled as ordered.

Turtle Wax has not been able to complete a simple order for me after three weeks. They have no phone support and all email communication is complicated. Not to mention an order is shipping piecemeal. If this isn’t borderline incompetence, I’d hate to know what it. If the company does not process your order in full for the nearest couple of days, challenge the payment through your bank or card company. Don’t accept excuses. Either take action or be given a refund.
