I ordered something from this website and when items arrived they were nothing like I had ordered. I also was extremely disgusted to have received my order 15 weeks after I ordered. Clothes were cheap and ugly looking! When I contacted them asking a refund I was told they may have sent the wrong order. They said that if I’ll send everything back they would send the correct ones! I said I just wanted a refund. If they wanted those clothes back they should pay for the return shipping. Don’t order anything from this company! Their website looks great and clothing looks perfect, but that is not what you’ll actually receive!

This company is a total fraud. They send me poorly made garbage and then refused to give my money back. I ordered few items, but they sent me the wrong sizes. I received XL instead of XS. And now they are saying I need to send everything back and only then they'll think of refunding me. The second item I purchased has the correct size, but it looks noting like the picture on their website. And they also said that it's my responsibility to pay shipping back. And with original tags, labels, and in original packaging. But there were no tags or labels when my order came! Absolutely ridiculous! Stays away from this site and don't waste your money.

I have seen lots of positive comments from happy customers, so I decided to give it a try. I purchased two sweaters from this site. I got a confirmation email and had to wait months for the delivery of two of my sweaters. But items were just horrible. They were made out of cheap material, thin and looked used. I tried to contact them through their website, but there was no response. Luckily I had paid through PayPal, so I contacted them asking for help. As I can't get any response from the company, I'll try to get my money back through Paypal. I wanted nice good looking sweaters, not thin ugly looking garbage. Won't be buying anything else from this website ever again.

I'm writing this review, because I want to warn other people about these scammers. If something you purchased is out of stock, they'll leave it out of your order. But they will not tell you about it. However, they'll charge it from your credit card anyway. The same happened with me, and now I'm waiting for my items to arrive. They said it would take two weeks. Also most of the items you buy look nothing like in the picture. They are made of cheap material and look like garbage. It's difficult to contact them, because there is phone number to call. If you want to return something, they make you pay for shipping back to China. Do not buy from them!

I ordered clothing from this company - they took my money straight away. I contacted them the day after my clothing arrived to say it was far too small and I would like an address to return it to in order to get a refund. No-one is prepared to provide this information. I would like my money back please! Having looked into it further, there are several complaints about this company. They are NOT refunding people's money. This must be illegal?

I ordered three tops from Twinkledeals.com, my order was shipped out and arrived 3 months later than what they said it would take. Two of the tops were in the package. One item was missing. I wrote to them and they ignored me, they still haven't refunded the money used for the missing item which they did not ship out with the rest.

I had really bad experience with the company www.twinkledeals.com. I bought three items from them, but they had serious problems with the sizes. All items were small for me, so I wanted to send them back, but the seller hasn’t provided the return address. I paid for the order through PayPal, so I contacted them and asked to help. They found the address of this company, but the seller didn’t reply. The website is horrible and I have too many problems with them.

I bought ladies shoulder bag from the website www.twinkledeals.com. I paid and got all info about the order, but the seller hasn’t warned me how long should I wait. I waited 3 weeks, but this scammer hasn’t delivered the order. I sent messages through the website and asked to send me info about the order and where it was, but nothing. Complete silence. I was so upset that I wasted money.

The website www.twinkledeals.com is big scam. I ordered some stuff from them, but it looked so nice and beautiful on the website, but in real life it looked like piece of crap. I wanted to return the order, but the seller told me that he would be able to return only 10%. It was miserable sum. I was shocked, ‘coz the rep started to speak in rude manner with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
