Your employee Cecelia in the leasing office has been avoiding my emails,calls, and message on their website. I'm supposed to get my $300 "reserve deposit" back since My $ was over the allowed limit for 1 person. She even suggested I ask someone to loan me their child's birth cert so I cam meet the 2 person $ allowed. She also put my emergency contact on the spot with a call asking the same thing of her. On my way back to my current apt I was both hoping sonething would work out ethically and I was getting more angry and stressed. I sent her an email to inform her since obviously I'm not going to qualify I would come back Tues(today) to pick up my $300 refundable cashier's check. I was in the leasing office with her this past Saturday. I happened to see a lot of bad reviews the next day which makes me even more angry. Good thing it didn't work out with the cute apt because Cecelia is a horrible employee. With rent that amount I would have to make what I do. I work fulltime and not on any housing assistance. Please get my $300 refundable reserve deposit back to me otherwise it is robbery.
