I gave written notice of lease termination June 20,2024. I have paid all invoices as of August 23, 2024 and my portal ledger shows a credit of.10 cents. I have sent numerous e-mails to the property manager onsite. I received one response regarding my security deposit refund telling me that it could be up to 30 days before they process my check. It is now October 15, 2024 and I have yet to receive my check, a final statement, return e-mails and phone calls with messages I left.
