I'm going to try to be brief but informative as much as I possibly can!

12/22/2023 UBER put my account on 'HOLD' (they did NOT suspend my account) for what they said,

my account was under 'investigation' for a 'safety violation' initiated from a Passenger's complaint.

With close to 7000 Rides in 1yr and 9.5 Rating, I already knew it came from a disgruntle rider who hopped in my car, not speaking and at times, I DON'T SPEAK EITHER. Neither of us said, 'HI', 'IS THIS MY UBER', 'MY NAME', 'HIS NAME' etc etc. I figured, as long as I dropped him off to his destination safely, everything would be 'ok'

With that said, my UBER PRO / BRANCH BANK ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED! (Keep in mind, this was 3 days before Christmas and a week before RENT WAS DUE!) I still had $356 in my Uber Pro / Branch Bank Account that I could not transfer out because again, my account was 'suspended'.

Needless to say, after '11' days, UBER Inc released the 'hold' on my account BUT UBER PRO DENIED ME ACCESS and had NOT mailed my remaining funds as I was told on 12/28/2023 that a Paper Check will be mailed to me in '15 Business Days (basically 21 days including weekends) The 1st 15 days went past, NO PAPER CHECK! I contact Uber Pro / Branch Bank again, letting them know, I have yet to receive my remaining balance of $356! I was given an apology and told 'AGAIN' to wait '15 Business Days' to receive my remaining balance of $356.

I waited the additional 15 days and was given the same run around and I waited 'ANOTHER' 15 days and kept getting the same reply which lead me to contact the online banking company BRANCH / TRUST.

Originally they seemed concerned and said they will investigate Uber Pro, to see if they're mishandling funds that are owed. Needless to say, I haven't heard from them since that day back in Early Feb 2024

I keep going back and forth with Uber Pro Support via Emails, I receive messages regarding my case and I keep getting told to wait 15 business days.

I'm NOW Aware, Uber Pro / Branch Bank has NO INTENTIONS of sending me a Paper Check of my Hard-earned money. Keep in mind, Uber Pro / Branch Bank, Trust Bank is a Online Banking Service, meaning there is no Institute for me to Enter and speak with someone face to face. I have to wait patiently via text messages, emails and phone calls only to be told, 'Ohhh I'm so Sorry! Wait 15 more business days and It shall Arrive in your Mail!"

WHAT AM I TO DO AT THIS POINT? Filing Small Claims for a ONLINE BANKING Issue, who will they be addressing this to? Its not as if someone from Uber Pro / Branch Bank will show up in court. The Uber Pro Customer Service consist of representatives in a third world country.
