Horrible customer service, on hold for over 1 hour, then told they can’t verify account activity, payments to 3rd parties or verify payments have been cleared. Very rude reps and supervisors. Do not use for daily or scheduled service and definitely not to rent a car. A true disservice to Uber drivers and not worth the time and effort to have a normal checking account. You also can not add funds at atm and must pay $5 for up to $300 to add funds in a cvs checkout.
The Uber Pro Card is supposedly a nightmare filled with charges. If you can, stop using it now and switch to a normal checking account at some decent bank or credit union. In case of financial issues or loss of money, keep evidence for everything, and take the complaints higher up to Uber’s support team as well as the card’s issuing bank. Inform other drivers about this widely so that they can be warned off from it. Do not allow them trap you with any hidden fees and poor services.
