I had money taken out of my account which left a negative balance $-3.90 I had a deposit of $110.90 but my account balance showed a deposit of $107.00 from uber instead of showing the correct amount deposited and then deducting the $-3.90 which there is no trace of the negative balance on my statement it shows the $107.00 but not the $110.90 that uber actually sent and it doesn't show the amount that someone took out to cause the negative balance in the first place I say how can this be?why have a statement if it's not reflecting every transaction that is occurring? I find this to be fraudulent this doesn't happen with my bank account the bank can show me every transaction and every overdraft that occurs and why it happened in the first place but not your banking system. I find this peculiar which leaves me to believe something nefarious is going on in your banking system whether it's hacker's or a dishonest employee I do not know and you won't even try to get to the bottom of my issue. This is not the only time I've had missing money it's happened multiple times with no trace of the amount that was taken does this sound right to you? I would like someone to call me and have a conversation with a human being not a bot or email so I can get to the bottom of this missing money. I can backup everything im saying with snap shots of my balance of the negative balance and the notification you sent me I just need someone to take the time and look into it and find a solution to what is occurring. I to have sane issues only iam out $1700 & no help or rime or reason to it. But I am contacting an attorney if anyone else has or is going to takes 5 for class action suit . I can't 3 so far same issues no help
I would definitely join a class action suite against Uber pro card 💳 bank. I know there are thousands of us out there dealing with this issue. Most definitely will about to actually hit up consumer affairs bureau see where that leads will , be contacting an attorney by end of week of unresolved
