NanIt charged me $119 all at once instead of monthly like we agreed. I couldn't cancel and they took my credit card. It feels like a scam to get money. I'm really unhappy and if they don't give me my money back, I'll stop using it and take it out of my baby's room. It's hard times and I can't afford to be scammed like this.

This company, Udisense, Inc. (https://www.nanit.com/), is not being honest with their advertising. They say you get a free year of Nanit Insights, but then they charge you to see your own camera content! It's not fair that we pay over $300 for this monitoring system, only to be asked to pay even more to access our own content for more than 48 hours. They want us to pay even more for a subscription to see our own recordings of our child. They advertise a free year of insights, but you can only see 2 days of sleep history without paying more. It's not right that they trick parents into buying their system, only to then charge them more to access their own memories and information about their children. It's like they're trying to bait and switch us.

This company is not truthful with their advertising and they trick rich people into paying $100 per year for subscriptions. The main feature of the monitor is to monitor breathing. They charge a lot for an expensive camera, setup, and wearables, but then you're stuck with a subscription that you don't realize. They give you one year of insights subscription which includes sleep history, activities, personalized sleep tips, and 2 accounts. However, if you cancel after the first free year, you can no longer use the main function of the monitor, which is breathing monitoring. The way they market and list their product is confusing, and the only reason they get away with it is because only wealthy people can afford it. I'm really disappointed that this is how they do business.

I got a Nanit camera from Udisense, Inc. on December 8th for $379. I also got The Nanit gowns and a yearly subscription for another $100. In August 2022, I told Nanit that the Wi-Fi button on my Nanit was stuck and the camera wouldn't work without it. They didn't give me any solutions and said I had to buy a new device. I did some research and found out that hundreds of people have the same problem, but Nanit won't help them fix it. They only have a one-year warranty, which is ridiculous for the price. I want my yearly subscription refunded because it's useless to me. This company is a total rip-off.

So, I bought this camera from Udisense, Inc. for $370 and paid $300 for a subscription, but the app didn't show any stats, just a regular video feed. I tried all the online troubleshooting, but it didn't work. They told me to reboot my router, which made me angry because I'm a new parent who hasn't slept for 26 hours. Customer service didn't help much and just told me to follow an email they didn't even send. I got frustrated and said some bad words, but they hung up on me. When I called back and explained the situation, they didn't seem to care and said they wouldn't help me if I swore. I expected more empathy from a company that specializes in baby products.

We got the Nanit video monitoring system for our first kid and it came with a year of monitoring insights. It worked great for the first year, no problems with the camera or connection. But we didn't renew the subscription because it was too expensive and now we're having issues with the connection and camera quality. We haven't moved the camera or changed anything with our internet, but we keep getting emails to upgrade. It seems like they're trying to trick us into subscribing to fix a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.

I bought a Nanit Camera on 11/6 for $322 and also got the breathing band set for $20 from Amazon. This camera says it can track breathing, but they don't say on their website or Amazon that you need to pay extra for this feature. But, if you want sleep coaching and growth insights, you gotta pay up. After a year, the breathing tracking stopped working in the middle of the night. I couldn't get it to start again without paying for a subscription. I'm pretty mad because they didn't tell me about this extra cost. If I knew, I would have bought a different breathing monitor like ***. Check out this link for the breathing *** equipment. They don't say you need to pay extra as of 11/10.

I spent $355 on the Nanit bundle in May 27, 2022. My baby was born in September and I started using the camera. It was working fine until last week. The camera had a delay and was showing the wrong time when my baby was in the crib. I followed the instructions from Nanit support to reset and check the parent pick up zone, but it didn't work. My monitor had a 1 hour delay and then stopped registering my baby in the crib at all. The motion and sound notifications stopped working for a day, but it's working again now. I called for help, but engineering hasn't contacted me yet about a replacement. It's not professional to pay so much for a monitoring system that doesn't work. It's also not showing all my insights. Please send me a replacement monitor.
