Aoa i am having problem of weak singal in my area i want you to solve it out asap my location is sector 51/A scheme-33 gulzar.e.hijri maymar avenue karachi..

Whatout any notice in many area of lahore ufone serice down. Even Govt also not annoced shutdown order then why you disturb us last from last 36 hour.

In case of emergency if you don't have balance in your Ufone SIM, the packages you have subscribed to will be unsubscribe. What the hell is this? Not everyone can afford to keep balance in their SIM when they have subscribed to SMS or internet bundles. You must fix this issue or else you will lose your customers.

There is 8-10 hours disconnectivity (unavaikablity of signals) on daily basis.
Even in case of load sheeding also generator not used it causes extraaa 2-3 hours disconnectivity.

I am user of ufone since 19 years, except that company will take serious action and solve lroblem

I am dealing this thing from past one or teo months that i am not receiving sms from some numbers even after days or after turning my phone off. I am sick of this thing now that i am missing many sms. My number is always on. I don't know what is wrong with ufone
