UNI Cloud Firewall, antivirus scam.

The way in which this people acted up last night, they form in which they took posesion of my laptop (alarms, and whisolls, blasting warnings, and the" locking" of my computer) and automatically a flashing number 1 833 414 5111 on my computer screen to call. They claimed that, to resolve my situation a have to pay a total of $499.99 to clean my computer of all viruses, eliminate all threats of malware, and the installion of a 3 level security system.
I belived this people are hackers who are ripping consumers like me. They send me 2 email staying that even, if I don't want the system protection installed in my computer the $499.99 is not refundable. My e-pay used when I was trapped in the scam is holding me somewhere responsible.

I had a similar very questionable session with Unicloud saying they were "paired up" with Microsoft Security and that my computer had reached a limit of virus threats. They had locked up my computer to protect me and said to call them at 1- 866-666-1901. They told me the Trend Micro security that I had from Best Buy for years was giving me no protection for my Windows 10 system. They sent all my data to a Microsoft Drive (pictures, documents, download, etc.). They charged me $500 for a 5-year contract for a Norton Symantec Endpoint Protection Security. The next day (08-13-2019) they called to say that my computer had 4 overseas viruses that had been established and they couldn't fix it and restore all my data without accessing my credit card account which they said would open my account to these 4 hackerers. They wanted to sign me up to Bitcoins and another CoinBank . I was to purchase $500 worth of Walmart gift cards in order to get my refund and my data back. They also wanted a photo copy (front and back) from my printer of my driver's license. At that point I decided to cut my losses and shut down my computer and immediately put a lock on my credit card and changed passwords. On 08-18-2019 the $499.99 charge to my credit card disappeared. I STILL LOST ALL MY DATA. Wish I knew who to call to sort this out.

UNI Cloud ripped me off for phone support when my computer was locked

my computer was locked, then a box came up saying microsoft wants your user name and password. i entered the information but the computer was still locked. what pops up is a toll free number and it said something about go to assist. i like another man spoke with a man and a middle eastern accent, telling me stories of being in california and his 97 year old grandmother still uses the computer, says he can fix my computer and i am thinking i am paying $149.99 but end up being charged $1499.99 to my citibank credit card.
i just tried to call their 844 number and all i got as a weird busy signal.
if i don't get ALL my money back they will be in FEDERAL COURT.
how can these people be on my computer that i never heard of know my computer is not working unless they have infiltrated my computer with viruses then want to scam people out of their money?

UNI Cloud technical support scam/ uni cloud inc/ 1-844-385-4366

1-844-385-4366 got a call from this number three days ago and there was an Indian guy on the call. He told me that he was calling from my technical support and that he wants to refund $700 as they were closing. I took the remote access of my PC and ended up scamming me. UNI Cloud tech scam uni cloud inc

I got a call from 1-844-385-4366 two days ago. The guy on the call was saying that he was calling from my technical support and he would like to refund my $150 as they were closing. I tried to question his legitimacy but the bugger was adamant to get into my computer. He took my computer hostage and stole $1350 from my account by telling me that he accidentally transferred $1500 instead of $150 and after getting the money, he locked my pc and hung up. Later I understood that freakin' piece of crap SCAMMED me.

UNI Cloud technical support scam/ uni cloud inc/ 1-844-385-4366

They scammed me! An asian dude called me last week from 1-844-385-4366 and told me that he would be giving me a refund of $350 that I paid to him for technical support and I believed him. He got into my computer, opened online banking, and transferred some amount (I thought $350) to my account. Suddenly, the dude started [censored]ting himself and telling me that he transferred $3500 to my account by mistake. He requested me to transfer $3150 back to his "company's" account as it happened by mistake. Well, I did that and to my surprise, as soon as this happened boom! He hung up on me after locking my freakin' computer. There were $3150 less in my bank account after that instead of $350 more. That's when I knew I was scammed. I tried to call the number back and guess what, it was not in service. These scumbags deserve a special place in hell!

Same thing happened to me

Since I had dealt with the company before and it was real I had no reason to doubt these people when I was contacted regarding my renewing services.

My computer was locked. While it was locked instead of giving me my refund I had due I was told they put too much money in my account

While locked my account was depleted.

No contact after that repeated attempts to find out what these people did.

They are scammers who ruin honest folks with their criminal activity

Nothing was ever fixed . my computer now has to be taken to a REAL technician.

Im taking it back to factory reset

It's the only option to get my LOCKED laptop back.

NEW protection will be put back on.

Avoid these folks they will ruin your account and lock up your computer

Total scammers . UNLIKE the REAL company

UNI Cloud technical support

Last Friday, I got a call from 1-844-385-4366 and a guy in his 20s started talking to me in a middle eastern accent. He said that his name was Jack and that he was calling me from my technical support. He told me that they were going out of business and will be refunding me the $200 that I paid to them. Thinking that he was calling from my technical support, I gave him the remote access of my computer and he opened my bank account online. I could see him transferring some money from one account to another thinking that he was transferring money from his company's account to my account. What he actually did was very obscene. Then he told me that he accidentally added an extra zero and made a transfer of $2000. He started panicking and almost cried while begging me to give $1800 back to him as this transaction happened by accident and his boss would kill him if he finds out about it. Being the sympathetic guy I am, I made the transfer of $1800. He immediately hung up the call after confirming that the transfer has been made. The guy even locked my computer and added some kind of key on it. I tried calling the number back, it was not reachable. After some time, the number was out of service. I immediately realized someone screwed $1800 off of me. I called my technical support to which I paid $200 a long time ago. They told me that they didn't call me and confirmed the fact that I was scammed by the other caller (Jack). It's sad to know that people would do such horrible things for money and even ruin the reputation of good companies. Now I can't trust anyone calling me from a toll-free number, thanks to that SCAMMER!
