Union Pacific trains idling in dunsmuir california

It is now going on 4 weeks and our town is burdened by the noise of an idling locomotive that rattles the windows and causes undue stress mentally for many of us. It is also causing issues for business owners as the incessant idling is a huge factor in the local businesses that sit right near where the locomotive idles.
We have tried to reach out numerous times to the Public Affairs Department of Union Pacific and of course reported the idling train issues but we are still in a situation that is causing health issues in our town. Union Pacific could you please relocate your idling helper trains and work with the community of Dunsmuir. This is having a major impact on us. We are notifying as much public press about this issue and all social media so to get more people attention. The ignorance of UP to not do something about this is really sad. We are people that would enjoy our peace and quiet. Losing sleep every night dealing with an idling train is cause for alarm and legal action will be taken if they don't relocate these locomotives.

Dear Union Pacific,
Having your locomotives constantly idling at the downtown Dunsmuir, CA train station is wrong. They cause noise and air pollution. Why not move them to the train yard south of town which is a bigger open space or somewhere else. We are a tourist town with motels, hotels, restaurants and residences. The idling locomotives are not good for business or health. It is hard to believe you would do this to a town full of your employees and retirees! If this situation is not changed soon there will be lots of press coverage which would not be good publicity for your company. There may even be lawsuits if this continues. Be smart, be proactive and please fix the situation! Sincerely, Ernie W.

Union Pacific locomotives idling going into 3rd week with union pacific in dunsmuir california

The week of February 18th 2019 we have started to experience incessant idling in Dunsmuir California from the locomotives 5271 and 5238. We are now moving into the 3rd week of this. The EPA, and the FRA have been notified with several complaints submitted by community members. Community members call into your hotline reporting the idling train. We are suffering mental, emotional and physical discord due to the toxic fumes, the violation of noise and the destruction of peace. We are seeing a decline in our business such as Air B n B, Restaurant and music due to the ignorance of Union Pacific to address the matter. Lisa at UP replied with a one line email saying, "I hope all is well" and that I am in Chicago right now." Never heard again from her. Francisco from Sacramento let me know its a helper train and you are trying to move it.
I will contact the local newspapers to make sure as many people know about this and do whatever I can on the federal level to have UP cease and desist as this is hurting our businesses and quality of life. UP caused a MAJOR chemical oil spill in this town over 20 years ago and they do not want to bark up this tree again. They will realize they are messing with the wrong town.

Union Pacific driving recklessly in a union pacific truck

Today, February 28, 2018 at approximately 6:48 am I witnessed a Union Pacific pick up truck marked with truck #48337 on the door driving erratically residential streets. The truck didn't have headlights on (sunrise just happened at 6:38 am) and was driving down Willow Pass Road in Concord, CA approximately 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. The truck maintained 55 mph for approximately 2 miles, then turned right on Port Chicago Hwy, Concord which I lost sight.

This is a residential area with many school age children out crossing streets at this time in the morning.

Union Pacific loud annoying parked locomotive

Every day you park a running locomotive outside our homes in ashton illinois. Why exactly there? You have so many bad running loud popping engines that you need to move west 100 or 200 yards where all you will annoy is a corn field. All engines are facing east and waiting to go east. What is your problem? There is no apparent reason why you need that exact place to sit with bad running locomotives with bad valves and air compressors with no muffler on air lines
Do something! Last month you left noisy engines for three weeks at that spot

Union Pacific rail transport and illegal detainment of us citizens

Please note that 210 E. 7th Street, has been used for decades in coordination with Tucson High School, the 7th Street underpass and the railroad Union Pacific-Southern Railroad, Tucson Police Department, and Tucson City Council, to deport and kill thousands of non-combatant USA citizens, up to 150, 000 were murdered on site and or deported for execution via this method at the Corbett building alone. I witnessed one such incident that occurred at Tucson High Stadium when cell phones were silenced and it was announced to the crowd that the Tucson was to be hit with a nuclear weapon, and the group was to be evacuated via train, with holding in the Corbett building prior to train boarding and evacuation. Similar methods were used at least up until 2017, before the Corbett building was hit with a fire the criminal acts include: illegal detainment, genocide and crimes against humanity, gross and extreme violations of National Security guidelines, violations of executive, federal, and Congressional law, violations of due process via military, state, and federal law, US and International violations, violations of the Geneva convention, illegal mass deportation, illegal mass execution of US civilians via chemical threat agents or gun fire etc, and hundreds of additional state, federal, and international violations.

When I was held in the Corbett building people broke down the windows, and me and that group escaped. The rest were executed right after, several thousand via machine gun fire or chemical threat agents, it should be noted that 50, 000-100, 000 people were executed in the Corbett building and 7th Street underpass alone over at least 7 decades or so. Of course Adolf Hitler (survived the war used cryo and special medicine to retain body also used swap out for different bodies etc — Dionysian — Eyes glow blue etc) personally had a role and was on site for many of this, as was Nicholas Strausfeld Tucson, Az, and Heinrich Himmler (same as for Adolf — aka etc.in addition, this is a small speck of the 10 million Americans killed every year in the USA via similar operations, and via the radio-active dispersal program, the physician kill programs etc, and hundreds of additional operations and programs. It should be noted that Union Pacific and Southern Pacific railroad take millions of Americans per year to their death to kill camps in the Midwest and I have witnessed such operations in Tucson as well. Your not the NSA, your enemies of nation the world, your coward pussy [censored]es. Also of the South wall of the Corbett building built for mass executions, is known as execution wall and it riddled with gun holes, as is the concrete floor from ricochets and the rest of the building as well.

Have a [censored]ty Day!

Union Pacific parking for hours in front of my house

I live in Tucson Arizona on Romero Rd. In between prince and Miracle mile west. The track is right across the street.. At first there was no problem as I was aware the tracks were right there and yes they are noisy but I chose to live here, HOWEVER lately since maybe February the train now stops in front of my house for hours at a time. All day and all night. The residents in my neighborhood including myself can't get Television reception or phone reception. We cannot get any peace! Why do they park here when they have a train station? This is causing stress and health issues?

Union Pacific train blowing the horn all night disturbing sleep

I live in glendale az and there is a train track maybe 100 ft away from my dwelling and every night all night long my sleep is being disturbed by the train blowing the horn like he is sitting on it. The part that amazes me is in the daytime when everyone is awake the train can pass through several times in the day and that conducter doesnt blow the horn like that. I dont appreciate having broken sleep and waking up more tired than when i started because of a train blowing his horn all night. I also have 2 school aged children that are being disturbed as well and have to be at school the next day functioning. Its really ridiculous!

Yes the same thing happens on the line in Mesa, AZ that crosses Southern Avenue. Can Union Pacific figure out why the train schedule is heavier at night? I have calculated that 75% of the trains the pass between 11 PM and 7 AM. This is the WORST time to increase the train traffic. They should be more consideration of 99% of the population that sleeps during these hours. The loading should start at 6 AM and be finished to their destination before 8 PM and then unload. There should be no loud siren in Mesa AZ between hours of 11 PM and 7 AM. It's a little selfish the trafficking at night works best for Union Pacific. A true American company puts America first!

Union Pacific slow trains and blocking intersection

I stay in Alexander, AR and these trains are becoming a nuisance to my community and surrounding communities. The continuously block traffic and intersections daily. How long do citizens have to put up with this before this company takes responsibility. This has been going on for years and it also blocks 65th street in Little Rock, AR quite often also. Also these trains should not be allowed to blow their horns at late hours. That is very disrespectful to people that are sleep. This company should revise its guidelines and consider the issues these trains are causing.

Union Pacific threat and misleading

Obviously you can not call and file a complaint against Union Pacific trains on anything, because if you call up there too much they will say you are harassing them and they will also threaten to take your kids away too! But the trains are sitting blocking intersections for hours, just sitting blowing their horns for no reason and parking the train, leaving the train and soliciting sex from woman!

Train blocking two main intersections to get into my neighborhood. Blocked intersections for at least 30 minutes. This happens often where they block two main intersections. Why should there be any reason for a train to block two intersections for this long? I believe if the train is going into the yard the yard should be ready to have the train move in instead of waiting and making the train stop blocking the intersections.

Union Pacific horn blowing, harassment, gang stalking

9:13pm as soon as I put my daughter in the tub the train blew his horn, every time I go outside he blows the horn. He has been parked up the road for the last 4 hrs! They have guys that drive Union Pacific pick-up trucks and their laptops track the trains. We called the train police about them doing that. And the conductors say their not doing that, but the guys in the pick-up trucks are the ones who can track the trains down to the minute! Check their phones, and all electronic devices!

Union Pacific trains blowing horn not moving

Today june 23, 2018, there was a black man driving the train, but he was parked for hours blowing the horn! A white lady approached our vehicle and told us that these trains do this day and night. They sit not moving and just blow the horn! They are harassing residents with this horn blowing, blocking intersections for hours, and intentionally blowing at women! Check their phones and any other electronic devices for apps where they are spying on people!

Union Pacific parked trains/horns

We purchased our home with the knowledge and understanding that trains were literally in our backyard. I grew up in a small town with trains and my father in law retired as a signalman fron Missouri Pacific so I'm very familiar with trains. Recently trains have started blowing their horns and parking for long periods of time( upto more than 24 hrs) right behind our house with engines running. Why the change ? There are no crossings nearby and some are carrying chemicals to hat make us feel unsafe. Why park here and why now ?

They are very sick individuals to set up shop with that spy program. What people need to understand is that Mr. President Obama brought our troops out of Afghanistan and they are giving them similar jobs back here in America so this government funded program will always have plenty of "soldiers". They are considered hero's so no one will question their assignment while they continue to care for their families. We really to shift our attention to building a strong country not turning on each other.

Union Pacific unethical behaviour, harassment,

We have sent many complaints and even talked to the guy in charge of local trains. There is a group of trains that sit day and night, every time my husband is bathing, naked, or goes outside they blow the horn. The guy in charge of the train traffic through here claims that they do not stop put indeed we have pictures of the train stopped, different trains at that. This is al day every day and at night. This has been an on going problem. All of their electronics need to be confiscated and looked into to see what apps they having running and how they are tracking my husbands every move. a few weeks back a train sat so long they RAN OUT OF FUEL! They stop these trains and watch their screen and are using apps to stalk people especially my husband whom is black! I would like this matter looked into.

There are about 6 plus trains, they have meeting up since about 1 am I went outside about 4:20 am. One train blew when I went to the restroom, I went out on the porch, another train blew then they all started their engines up at the same time and 6 Plus trains blew the horn as they took off. These trains are watching me in the house with some type of video equipment and they took off because they thought I was going to ride up there, because I usually try to get a photo of them but they all took off.

Then another comes and sits and does the same thing with each of us. Also women in town have said the train conductors are stopping the train coming off the train walking up to them asking for sexual favors! Plus they looking in our homes during bathing times this is every night and not just a coincidence.

If this is still continuing, try to remember the times they blow their horn. If it is times you shower, using the restroom, getting up in the middle of the night for ANYTHING, even sex. We are having this problem in Texas and these are the times they blow at us especially my husband. Now days with technology they might have apps on phones using in to spy on people, which is what we are going on.

I have the gas lines inspected yearly because of this and I'll the shaking it cause to everything inside the shop. Sometimes even in the middle of the night you get woken up by the process of this happening it's to loud. If the other guy on the radio guiding it in doesn't get it right the first time. Over and over and over again. Bang, bang, bang.
