United Auto Recovery review: Lying thieves especially when recovering personal items

My husband went to get his belongings after waiting WEEKS for them to call him back with an appointment and him calling constantly no one answered. The yard is in Midway, Ky. He went today 3/4/24 to pick up our belongings from in the truck and they ONLY gave him the items in the glove box. That vehicle was packed FULL of personal belongings. They stole my very expensive earrings I had left in the cup holder, they stole tools of his, and jumper cables, etc. on top of that when they recovered the truck they came I. The MIDDLE of the night and didn’t try to let us know what was happening at all. He’s a night shifter so we were up because they came like as soon as he got home from work, but still didn’t let us know. We go outside and truck is just GONE, they have legal coming their way. Trust me on that, too many missing valuable items and they told him truck would be there for 21 days, it left there after 3 long before he ever got an answer from them about obtaining our personal items. They also are extremely unprofessional considering the tow truck woman driver took a photo of the truck being towed and sent it to someone my husband knows and used to live with and he’s not authorized to receive any information regarding the truck or the loan. So we have consulted legal and will be taking action against them. Be firm about [censored], not dicks.
