I suppose to receive a package sent through UPS, tracking #1Z47618Y0323382830.
First the package went to my son address because he ordered the item for my birthday.
First attempt: UPS delivered when my son wasn't home. He asked UPS for second attempt to a later time. UPS came again earlier, NOT to the time was asked.
Then my son gave my address.
Delivery to my address suppose to be made 03/04/2024.
I was home all day waiting for the package. No one ring the bell to give access to the building.
On the evening I found on the building entry door a notice from UPS saying: "this is our final delivery attempt".
I called UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877 was impossible to talk with human regarding my problem. Then I chose different option (not related with issue I call for).
Finaly I got a human who give me #1 877 289-6418. I called, talked with Stewen. He said that someone will call me in a hour to let me know when can delivery.
No one called me.
Next day 03/05/2024, around 8:20 am, from #1 914 620-0400 a woman (sorry I don't ask her name) inform me that the package was sent back to sender.
Claimed loss: Package didn't arrived
Desired outcome: I want UPS to reimburse shipping cost was paid for.
