UPS item apparently delivered to the wrong address 7/2/2019

I was waiting for UPS to deliver my item as it said it was out for delivery. I was sitting in my living room waiting for the doorbell to ring. This was at 6:00 PM. After a while I checked my tracking and it showed delivered at 6:08 PM. Impossible, I would have heard the knock or the doorbell. The tracking said left at front door. No package. I called customer service and gave him the tracking number. He said it was delivered to my address. He said couldn't help me any further. Then he said I would have to contact the shipper and have them track it. Can't you people use GPS to see where it actually went? Your company and the customer service guy were no help at all. I contacted the shipper and the gentleman offered to send me another item. I don't think he should have to do this because of a mistake made by your company. UPS damaged merchandise in shipping

I shipped some items to my daughter that were fragile. I asked at the Store in Zachary that they pack them in the styrofoam penuts. I was informed that they did not use those anymore because they made too much of a mess. The end result was that some of the dishes that I was shipping got broken in shipment. I filed a claim online and was contacted and informed that the Zachary store would have a resolution for me on 07/01/2019. I called this morning to inquire due to the fact that I had not heard anything yesterday and was met with very negative attitudes. I was told be the Zachary Store manager that they would send out an insurance inspector to check the packaging. Needless to say I am not at all please with this service. On average I have spent over three thousand dollars a year shipping packages and materials from this store. I can assure you that after this experience I will not continue to utilize this facility.

UPS delivery

One of my recent orders; tracking #1Z [protected] 9117, scheduled to be delivered to my office suite was delivered to a different business. The orginal shipping label was covered with another UPS label to the different business with a note that we had moved. This is not true, we have been in the same suite for 1 year. Why would my shipment be changed & delivered to someone else?

UPS frontgate bello torch

On 6/12/19, ups driver delivered shipment of bello torch (from frontgate) to my porch. Box was 8 feet x 1 foot x 1 foot (estimate). Box weighed no more than 7 lbs. Box was delivered upright on one end with the end completely ripped open. Torch was in box, but snuffer (bronze) and pouring funnel (metal) were missing. Additionally, the long rod which holds the torch could not be screwed into housing due to impact from careless fast driving which caused the inner threads to be bashed in. I ended up filing a return with frontgate, who was very dismissive of ups, and gave me all my money back. I implored frontgate to file a complaint, but their response, "don't worry about filing a complaint, just send the item back to us for a full refund". Really? they must not care about their customers. Anyway, i'm upset over careless ups driver (phoenix) and strong disciplinary action needs to ensue. Note: i'm typing in all upper caps because i can type faster that way.

That is very typical of UPS.. they leave you hanging. If you arenot at home, they simply put the parcel back into the truck where it can get shifted around and bashed up until the next day where they make another delivery attempt. Good luck!

I had a scheduled delivery for today, 07/02/2019 no delivery came and impossible to get any information..after entering the tracking number it reads to be delivered today. This is the second month this has happened.. now will have to wait all day tomorrow for the package.

UPS stealing money from my card

I ordered an item weighing just 5kg to be collected from the Netherlands and to be delivered to Portugal. The price agreed was €68. Unknown to me until a few days later, UPS and fraudulently, without my permission removed €345 from my bank account through my card. I had to cancel my card to stop them taking any more and now am chasing these crooks to get my money back. Moral of the story, do not trust UPS with your card details!

UPS unnecessary, questionable behaviour

Friday, June 28, 2019, approximately 4:15PM; driver would not give his name. Full-size UPS step van #863-188 -- not the regular driver.
UPS Tracking Numbers: 1Z2886500379678660, 79, 88, 97 -- Vendor: Tire Rack; Deliver to: Taalib-Din Uqdah, 1373 Jefferson St., NW; Washington, DC 20011.
Driver exited truck, extracted hand-truck, loaded tires and preceded to delivery address, all while conversing with someone on his headset. Stood at the bottom landing, looking up on porch at me and asked, "Are you gonna come and help me?" I thought he was joking, and responded, "Do I look like I'm dressed to come and help you? I've cleared a space -- pointing to an area -- for you to put them." He kept talking on his phone, bringing one tire up at a time. Once he dropped the 2nd tire he turned to me and said, "Next time, don't point;" I said, "excuse me?" He responded from the bottom of the steps, "You heard me, next time don't point."
We exchanged words, refusing to give his name -- I wrote down the step-van number -- and as he left, still on his head-set, I heard him say, "I'm sick of these old people telling me what I gotta do."
This young delivery driver needs either retraining or reassignment -- off the streets -- at best, termination at worse. He's a deliveryman; his job -- his responsibility -- is to deliver packages. If I choose to help him that's my prerogative -- I've done it before -- if not, it shouldn't be held against me, no matter what age or how "fit" I may appear to be. He left the other 2 tires on the sidewalk.

UPS my ups driver

My ups driver took a picture of two small boxes from pill pack and recorded it as a white dress I had ordered from amazon which I did not receive.
Also He recorded as delivered a Steelers baby outfit which it was not. I don't trust him or her as competent. I would like someone else to deliver my packages. Someone who reads sender. How could a dress come in two small boxes? Ups has become incompetent. Or at least my driver.

I was supposed to get medicine delivered last Friday. Friday and Monday driver says wrong address. Now we live off the road but mailbox is clearly marked. Every other driver has placed it behind the tree near the mailbox. Yesterday I called and got forwarded to the center the truck comes out of. She said she would talk to the driver. Today the driver said they missed me. WTF? No signature is required. I decided I would have it held at the warehouse and go get it. They want to charge $14.99 for that. The website is terrible. If Gary don’t leave it tomorrow I’m reordering and filing a claim.

UPS package delivery

My package was left in a clear plastic bag sitting at BOTTOM OF MAIL BOX POLE ON GROUND! I live on a busy hwy and had been home all day . A sticker was stuck to the side of my mail box, not filled out with any hand written note or signature, not even a box checked. This was a valuable item that could have been stolen by any body passing by. If my daughter hadn't have left for work, we never would have even known. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to pull up a driveway to my door, what do I pay shipping fees for? Why do you pay them to not do their job fully. At Christmas, a package was left at my fence rowin the grass! I'm tired of this, but my family is at your company's mercy in order to get certain things delivered. Thank God it was broken or raining. This happens too often. And since when do the drivers not have to deliver to my home, not the ground below my mailbox? Ridiculous! I'm posting complaints wherever I can, and calling tomorrow until I speak to someone. Delivery service gets 0 stars from me and the Driver.

UPS unethical behavior

1Z0R31A11303742352, This item shipped UPS RED saver on June 19, 2019 from Texas to Manalapan, NJ, received at the TinTon Falls facility and out for delivery on June 20. The package was not delivered to the business due to a missing suite #. ( In have a hard time believing the drivers don't know the customers on thier routes, i'm sure its not the first time to this business). The evening of the 20th with the sender, the receiver, and myself on the phone with UPS (the toll free #) added the suite #. The package was not delivered on the 21st, so I called UPS on the 24th, (the toll free #), to find out that the suite # was NOT added on the 20th. Asking again for the updated info to be added and told we were good to go for delivery on the 25th. The 25th came and went, so I called the toll free # again only to be told again the info from the day before was not added. (You can't have inept people from foreign countries run your customer service). At this point I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available. A moment or two later I ask again for a supervisor and was told NO, I was not allowed to do so. I asked for the phone number for the Tinton Falls facility and was told "I wont give that to you". At this point very upset, I hung up and back on the website found another # for UPS (again not in the US) who was able to assist by getting the Tinton Falls facility to call me at my home (she would NOT give me a phone number). To my pleasure I got a call within 20 minutes from Liz at the Tinton Falls facility and she was able to set the wheels in motion for my package to be delivered on the 26th (it was). Liz gave me phone numbers for ther facility so that I could follow up on the 26th, good thing I did, I spoke to Connie who told me my package was in the "will call". Connie did some magic and got my package on the delivery truck. I will be hard pressed in the future to use UPS. As it is said, "when it absolutely, positively, has to be there the next day..."

To have your customer service folks, located in foreign countries tell you there is no supervisors to talk to... it a load of crap. I will give you 24 hours to respond before I post this on social media along with all the facility numbers I have been able to acquire

UPS delivery to my house

Your company has been delivering packages to my house for over 25 years. All of a sudden they say I wont get deliveries if my dogs are out. I have called the Oshkosh location & talked to the manager. He said that some drivers have been bitten. I explained that the drivers have NEVER been bitten at my house. My dogs are fenced in & have never had them out of the fenced in area. They are very good dogs & would never & have never bitten. This has happened after a new [censored], Pussy driver has been delivering. This is terrible. This policy sucks. I have stood outside in my driveway & watched the driver drive by & never even attempt to deliver my product. This company sucks... I will use Fed EX anytime I can. I give them a 1 for a review. They have not even attempted to find common ground here. Disgusting!

UPS delivered my package damaged

Tracking number 1ZEW54660395632042 claim number [protected]

UPS delivered my package damaged. I submitted all of the pictures and information that was requested of me only to have the representative come back to me to say the claim is denied. My package was insured and yet UPS is not taking responsibility. I'm trying to get a hold of anyone who will help me resolve this issue.

There is such a long story to this that writing it is cumbersome. How can a company wash their hands of their responsibility. After reading so many reviews of how poor UPS's service is of handling claims I am devastated that I may never receive the help I need. I'm in tears.

UPS lazy irresponsible union criminal swine employees who take no responsibility

Disabled. Homebound. Older. Female. I rely on home deliveries to EAT. Four years of UPS damaging literally EVERY package. Half of my deliveries are replacements.
They also seem to find amusement in leaving packages in bizarre and for me inaccessible places, such as: my storm cellar! MY CAR. They actually OPENED MY CAR DOOR (not running) and shoved three large boxes inside this last delivery.
Most deliveries are OPENED.
They have NEVER- in four years of regular deliveries- knocked! In part because half the time they DO NOT COME TO THE DOOR but some other strange location!
Endless complaints have just passed the buck; some have been mocked in response.
This is no laughing matter.
The lazy, irresponsible union swine are always suing for more pay- how about DOING YOUR JOB FIRST!
I just found this website: https://makeupspay.webs.com/ if anyone else wants to join and maybe see satisfaction someday.
For any companies using them for shipping: you have lost my business, as I will not be able to receive a shipment successfully through UPS. We need to bring 'customer service is King' back!

UPS outrageous delivery experience

I cannot believe the terrible service I've received and the stress I've been through because of UPS. I called them on June 18 to let them know that I needed my shipment to be held and delivered after July 1st as I had not moved in yet to the delivery address (items bought on best buy that told me that I could pick any day for delivery, which was not true). Their agent tracked my shipment but told me that he could not change the delivery date at that time as the items were currently being labeled. I stressed the urgency of the situation, telling him I don't live at that place yet, and could not afford to notify them of the change too late. He told me it's never too late as the driver can be notified at any time of the change. Delivery was not scheduled until June 25-27, so I had time to call them back and make the change. Today (June 19) I received an email notification that the items had been delivered! I totally panicked not knowing what had happened to my items. I had ordered 2 pieces of furniture, not just some small cheap item. Let me tell you what happened. The items were taken to the address where I don't live in (despite my communication with their agent less than 24h before), the current tenant not sure about what was going on opened the door for them and they dumped the furniture at the lobby and then just left before he even had a chance to go downstairs and talk to them. Luckily for me he was kind enough to agree to keep the furniture in his apartment until I move in. Then the 2 of us had to transport more than 80lbs up to the 4th floor (no elevator in the building), risking to actually being injured, as the building management does not allow items left in the lobby. This is the most outrageous thing that has happened to me and I'm taking this complaint to the highest level possible as well as posting on all available forums.

On June 13, 2019, I ordered the above microwave and I received an alert via phone that it was delivered to my home address on 06/17/2019. When I arrived home, the package was not there. I phoned Amazon customer service and UPS and received no satisfactory service to resolve this issue with UPS, but received excellent service from Amazon. I wish to report this incident to the mail regulators . Please provide me with this information. UPS has not given me a response to what happen to my package.

UPS belguin waffer maker

The tracking number they send me was for a package delivered to a business in Deerfield Beach, Fl. I contacted UPS when, I received a notice that it had been delivered. I was told by UPS that the box was address to a business in Deerfield Beach, Fl and not to me.
I send a message to seller twice and have not heard from them.

UPS delivery guy

This driver was delivering in a neighborhood area and he was driving erratically and made a pass and cut another vehicle. He was honking his horn while doing this. He even speed up on the pedestrian lane when the pedestrian lights was blinking. This happened at Westlake Shopping Mall area at Park Plaza Drive, Daly City. It happened on 6/13/2019 around 5:45Pm in the afternoon. The plate number of the delivery truck is 53253R1. As a delivery guy he should be cautious when driving around neighborhood.

UPS no attempt to deliver package to waiting customer and then returned to sender

A package was sent to Kearney, Nebraska and the expected delivery date was 6/11. The customer was instrcuted to be home all day because it contained alcohol and a signature was required. Tracking said "out for delivery" at 9:33 am and then "delivered" at 1:11 pm. No delivery attempt or delivery was made. Customer was home and front door was open at that time. Tracking read "return to sender" at 7:39 pm. Tracking number is 1Z6AV1610307652205. Address is 3623 Avenue I, Kearney, Nebraska (verified). I do not understand why this happened. It was a gift and was expected. It appears that there was no attempt to deliver. Why would the tracking say delivered and then 6 hours later say returned? This is a big delivery problem and the gift is now being sent back. I need an explanation, please. I am frustrated with the deliveries by UPS in Kearney, Nebraska. This is not the first issue I have had. Did the driver just not want to get out of the vehicle? How can it say delivered and then returned when the customer was home at the time and no one showed up? UPS coral springs, fl drivers

I am writing this due to the fact its a shame to see one of your drivers in Coral Springs, Florida smoking from what apears to be a large pipe maybe 2 feet in length on the side of a building. great representation of UPS as a company, and a even poorer sight for the community to witness, as this was all in public for pedestrians and children to witness. The sad part is i believed UPS employees ( DRIVERS ESPECIALLY) were held to a higher standard, but after today (6-11-2019) I was obviously wrong. This is a issue that needs to be adressed asap with yolur company. a simple drug test would have prevented these issues with in your company.

UPS speeding

I live in Hubbard Ohio on Homewood Ave which is a residential neighborhood with a speed limit of 25 mph. There are at least 25 children on our block, 2 are my own. The driver (UPS) speeds to AT LEAST 50 mph. down our road EVERYDAY! I couldnt imagine how he would be able to STOP a box truck that size in time for a child running into the road chasing a ball, or something of that nature. This is a tragedy waiting to happen and could be avoided if he would obey the posted speed limit! There are also "Watch for Children" signs on our road.
