UPS package never been delivered and now returning it to shipper mean while package was paid for and needed as a business we are running

We orders a part paid for the part and shipment since Dec 07, waited for the package to arrive witch it never did called every day after Dec 8, the ups office where the package was kept and everyday they would give us an excuse why the package was no delivered, everyday would be a new driver and that driver couldn't find the address in the mean while the address is in Google and I provided my cell number every time I called so the driver would get in contact with me if they had a problem witch they never did. Finally spoke to a supervisor of the location on Dec 19 witch said to me don't worry we will deliver the package tomorrow Dec 20 from 8 am to 5pm I found a driver that knows exactly the location. Today Dec 20 I call back to make sure they will deliver the package and for my surprise they are saying now that they returned the package to the shipper witch make no sense the package is paid for and I don't even have the shippers information so now who is going to pay me back the money from the part that I ordered why would they even send it back when they promise to deliver it today or was that a quick way to get me off the phone

UPS driver

I would like for someone to call me. I had rented a house off of John Thomas Keene a route driver for ups bluefield wv small package. While on the clock delivering his packages he went to my husbands job and disclosed personal info about our finances and bills. He has threatened my husband and myself to other employees at EIS where my husband works. My husband is off work due to injury and we have had several calls about JT speaking about our personal business and threats. If I need to I'll get a lawyer. [protected]

UPS ups not delivering packages when they say

I have 3 packages scheduled for delivery today. My Estimated delivery time was 1:45-5:45pm. One of the packages I have to sign for. It is now after 9pm & still no delivery. I called UPS Customer Support & was told that I shouldn't be mad because my packages won't be delivered today & then the [censor] put me back in the queue. I spent almost 8 hours waiting for my packages & now you guys are telling me it won't be delivered as scheduled. Who is going to reimburse me for my time. Why can't your drivers notify a central office when deliveries cannot be made so customers don't have to waste their valuable time. — smdh

UPS ups postal service

On December 20th around nine am, a sorry we missed you sticker was posted on my door for a package that was never delivered or attempted to be delivered. The sticker stated the day before(12/19) yet wasn't placed on our home screen door until today. When called about the false package delivery attempt I was told the package had been sent to a service point at 11210 Springfield and that it could be picked up and redelivered to my address by later that night. About an hour later received an email stating that I missed my package that had been delivered on 12/20/2017 at 8:37pm when it wasn't even three in the afternoon. I made another call to ups. I was told by a supervisor that I would receive the package tonight and that the email was a mistake and made no sense due to the time error. At 4:39 pm I received a call from [protected] telling me that my package would not be delivered tonight and that it would be dropped of tomorrow. When I asked for a estimated time I was told it would be when ever the driver made his or her way to my area. Twenty minutes later I received another email stating that I missed my packages that I was informed I wasn't receiving today at 12:31. It was stated that my package was attempted to be delivered. When in all reality no one showed up. At 5:55 I spoke to an agent from costumer service name Selena who stated she wasn't required to give me any of her info for my records beside her first name and she transferred me to a supervisor. When I asked to speak with a supervisor someone by the name of Briana answered. I asked if she was a supervisor and she stated no that she basically has the same power as a supervisor. I then explained the situation to her and when she tracked the package she stated that the package was no longer at the access point and that it would be delivered tomorrow after the labels were changed so that it would be shipped to my address. My first complaint is the false Miss package for December 19th 2017 that never occurred. My second complaint is the Miss notice being placed on my door the day after we so called missed our package. The final complaint is the constant email stating we are missing our package and attempt for shipment when your employees failed to show here

UPS customer service complaint

Tracking 1Z24351E0336081426

The package had an incorrect address. We called to change the address and to have the package shipped again. Employee ID TPA1KEF was very rude, and deliberately canceled the package. Because he canceled it, we were unable to pick it up or have it delivered. We had to contact the sender to help us. This cost our project a lot of time and money.

UPS package delivery

My parents live on a country road, and it seems the ups driver simply writes "unforeseen weather conditions" on the package and refuses to even try to deliver it. We have seen them at the neighbors, but all of our packages the last two weeks, and there are many given it's the holiday season, have not been delivered, nor do they call en route to see if we can meet them. They call at the end of the day (if they call at all) when the package is back at their service center and I have to drive 35 minutes each way to pick it up, if I can make it in time after work and before they close. This is a ridiculous inconvenience and I am incredibly disappointed in their service.

UPS express mail

Hello my name is Mary Miller. I was to receive a package today that I paid $20.00 to have it expressed mailed to me. I contacted online to find out what happened to my package. I was told that with the volume amount of packages being shipped that it was first come first serve. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by the supervisor that the package should have been delivered today 12/19/17 but it was sorted wrong so that it could take a few more days. I am disappointed in this. When a customer pays for express delivery and it is not delivered when promised or not delivered when UPS tracking screen states that it will be then I believe that the money should be reimbursed. I could have had this item mailed normal and it would have reached me in the same amount of time. The tracking number that I have is 1z9v85180119409828. I am Asking for a refund. It blew me away with the way the staff typed to me on the online chat. I am very disappointed with UPS and will not recommend anyone to ship with express mail thru UPS.

UPS drivers cutting through posted residential streets at a high rate of speed.

Drivers are using posted residential streets as a short cut to get to the warehouse. I see several trucks speeding down Bloomfield Ave. Foster Road and/or Bechard Ave, in Norwalk Ca. in the late evening. There is way to many trucks to be making deliveries. If there is another UPS or worst a Fed Ex truck next to them at the stop light, they will drag race to the next one. All the trucks are licensed for 26, 000 lbs. and the street are posted for under 10, 000 lbs. They are not exempt. I followed one truck last night and he was traveling on a narrow residential street on a curve at 40 mph and when he reached Bloomfield Ave, which is posted 40mph, he accelerated past 60 mph. This goes on way past 8pm. There is no reason why they can't use Carmenita Ave which is a truck route and would be a direct route.

UPS non-delivery of one box of kirkland hair product ordered 10/24/2017

Ladies and Gentlemen-On 24 Oct. last I placed an order # [protected] with Amazon which was shipped out the next day; the total amt. charged was $24.64.( I receive my mail at the Wilmette, Ill. post office.) However after waiting for some time, and discussing the matter with the post office who knew nothing about this order, we went to the U.P.S. computer site and got a 'Proof of Delivery' printout tracking # 1Z2EE9400307317220 on 11/15/2017 -this also mentioned the order was d
"delivered" on 10/28/17 at 4:35 PM and left at "FRONT DOOR"! I called my local UPS office at [protected] and spoke with 'Jean' who said they could do nothing and to call [protected] and spoke with Bob who discussed resolving this matter -to date NOTHING has been done. Cannot believe a driver would simply leave my order at the front door of a public post office for anyone to grab! I order many things by mail, but now fear this situation will be repeated. UPS redelivery item

Hi,

I was promised on Three occasions a rescheduled delivery date, but item has not been delivered.

I have made Four extensive phone calls to Ups, but not had any success in rectifying this ongoing dilemma.

I am therefore seeking some answers from you, and wishing to make a claim relating this matter.

This delivery company is by far the worst incompetent, inept, disorganised, shambolic service I have ever encountered.

UPS delivery/pickup of packages

1Z7V0E890329842756
1Z7V0E890329842765

Payson, Arizona
UPS delivery station on Aero Drive.
12/19/17 date of event

These two heavy boxes (2 rolls of ULINE Butcher Paper) were supposed to be delivered to our business address on 12/18. Note was left by driver to call UPS for pickup or re-delivery instructions. I called the number on the UPS delivery notice left by the driver, in late afternoon on 12/18. Person told me my husband could pick up the two boxes early this morning, on 12/19, before they got loaded onto truck for delivery. I verified time to be there and told him we would be there. This morning, at 7:30 a.m., my husband arrived as instructed and asked for our two boxes. First, one employee screamed at him, asking him "Who told you to come here? You can't come in here!" My husband stated that he was doing what UPS person told him to do - to show up with the UPS notice and pick up the boxes. My husband calmly told him that the two boxes (very easily identified - they are 4 feet long and 18" square) were laying right there. Another guy YELLED at my husband, "HOW DO YOU KNOW THOSE ARE YOUR BOXES?" instead of simply matching up the numbers on the UPS notice or even asking my husband for his name. My husband told all of them that he was doing exactly what UPS told him to do, to come pick up his boxes. The driver that delivers to our business then refused to get onto the computer, so that the boxes could be released to my husband. He was yelling, saying "I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT!" My husband calmly told him, "Look, I'm doing what UPS told me to do. And, it's saving you one delivery today. I thought it would help you out." The driver refused to help. The woman working took the slip and got onto the computer to do a release.
There were 3 men and 1 woman working. The woman helped my husband carry the very heavy boxes out to his truck. My husband never lost his temper or yelled back at these extremely rude employees. He is 67 years old and not well. The 3 men were extremely rude and hateful - screaming at an older man that behaves like a gentleman. One of them said something about being from Show Low. This should not be tolerated in an employee. We are your customers. We paid a lot to get these two boxes delivered, and then end up picking them up ourselves and being abused this way. I'd like to hear a report on this - if your employees were even talked to about their horrible customer service. Thank you. Linda & Steve Rogers [protected]

UPS delivery/pick-up or lack thereof!

We have been using UPS for years, and the last 2-3 months our delivery's are either not made or EXTREMELY LATE! And pick-up's are generally not made (when scheduled) and the driver leaves without half of the packages that are supposed to be picked up! As a manager in Vicksburg, MI it's difficult to run a business when you are depending on parts to be delivered. Especially when we have paid for next day delivery. And nothing shows up. Al Webber is by far one of the worst drivers we've ever had.

UPS drivers speed in parking lot and parking across handicap path to building

Driver of truck #653562 Topeka KS. Was going over 10 mph in the parking lot of the Easter Seals Capper Foundation. He also parked across the only access to the building for handicapped individuals. This facility works with the handicapped and for him to block there only way in is not acceptable. There is a large median between the parking lot and the building and the truck as you can see in the second picture blocks this path.

UPS ups driver

Last week, we had a UPS ddriver deliver a parcel to our home. On our front porch, we have a dog hosue and our pet cat had a litter of kittnes, which were playing as she delivered. She mentioned to us, that she had a friend who rescues cats and would take them. We told her that our cats were fine and we did not want to rehome them.
Today 12/18/17, she pulled up in our driveway, NOT to DELIVER a package, but was on the front porch petting the kittens when I opened the door. She seemed surprised and said again, that she had a deal for us, if we let her take our kittens. She stated her friend will take our kittens and give them a better home, and in turn will give us a wild cat to keep outside instead.

I understand her passion, but do not appreciate that she is on my porch, possibly to steal our pets. If I return home from work in the near future and have no cat or kittens, I am certain she will be the reason.

While I do not wish her to be reprimanded, I want to make you aware of this situation, as I am uncomfortable with her "stalking" our yard to take our pets. They have a good home, and I do not need a USP driver policing my pet parenting abilities.

UPS delivery

My packages are consistently left at the wrong house. I got one today a very expensive purse that was just thrown over the fence and their dog tore up the box. I understand the confusion because I live at 109 Indiana and there is also a 109 North Indiana. If there's a way to make the driver pay more attention to whether it's the 109 or 109 North it would be very much appreciated.

UPS on time delivery

I shipped a package on Friday, December 15th and dropped off at UPS location early afternoon. Used Next day air service to be delivered on Saturday, December 16th by 8pm which was generated date that I paid for. However, it is still in transit Monday, December 18th and has not been delivered. When I called ups customer service they are very rude and said it had a 1 day transit. If it would have told me that at the time I purchased the label I would've picked another way. It said it would be delivered by Saturday which was the reason I paid for it. UPS customer service are not helpful. They said there is nothing they could do even though the package I shipped to be delivered for Sat. still was not at the proper delivery address. Then proceeded to tell me several excuses as to why it may not be there. When I pay extra to ship something next day that is what I expect...NEXT DAY! I will be sure to use FED EX for my future shipping needs. UPS does not deliver on time and customer service are very rude and not helpful!

UPS delivery

I live 1/4 mile down a dirt road in New England in a university town. A recent snowstorm left 2" packed snow and ice on the road, but not so much that you can't drive down it. FedEx and USPS seem to have no problems with the road.

UPS, apparently won't venture down the driveway. For the last 5 days, I get an email (I'm signed up for "My Choice" which sends daily email notifications) that states "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery" with delivery being rescheduled until the next day (and the next day and the next day). It took me awhile to figure out that the severe weather condition was likely the driveway. So my packages seem to be traveling the byways of New Hampshire but at this rate they won't be delivered until the snow melts (Spring).

Out of frustration, on Saturday, I called them and asked them to hold the packages at the nearby customer service center - and they said "Sure, you can pick it up Tuesday. " Tuesday? This was Saturday? When I complained, they said, that they cannot remove the packages off a truck in less time.

Customer Service, is polite and friendly - just inept.

I hate this company.

UPS bad driving

I'm not the type of person to file a complaint about bad driving behaviour since I'm not all the time an example but this one really worth to be notified.

I leave in Ivory Coast in Abidjan for now 4 months and driving around here is really something. Nevertheless, the UPS truck that pass me Saturday morning win all prices for horrible/ terrible driver. From the far right, cutting 3 lanes just in front of me, to double the next car to my left from the opposite coming lanes to come back zigzagging to the far right and then drove over the sidewalk to skip another car and then I just lost the crazy UPS guys...

This was Saturday, December 16 at 07:27 on the VGE direction east just before the airport roundabout, immatriculation 4925RH01. Hopping this complaint will find his way to the proper managers in charge so action can be taken against these drivers that stained good American companies.

Patrick Caron

UPS ups ground

UPS is, by far, the worst shipping company available.

This is a long story, but let me begin by saying that of the all of my UPS deliveries in the past month have been late. Keep in mind that Amazon is the shipping company for these packages, which means everything is supposed to be getting to me in 2 days, the latest.

I ordered an item to come to my apartment for Friday, December 15th. I'm a student and I needed this item before I went home for my Christmas break. On the Friday of delivery, it began to snow a little. That didn't stop companies like USPS or Fed Ex, which both made deliveries that day. Since I got my USPS package, I assumed the same would be true for UPS. However, it was getting late and my package still wasn't in my hands. I called UPS and asked to make sure everything was okay, and they told me everything was fine, there were no delays expected and the item would get to me on time. After a previous bad experience, I knew to contact UPS before 7pm if an item was delivered on time. They again told me that everything was going to be fine and I needn't worry. Well, at 9:56, I get a notification on my tracking number that my item can't be delivered. I'm furious of course because they assured me twice that my item would be there when it was supposed to, then it wasn't, due to a weather issue that wasn't an issue for anyone but them.

So, knowing that my item is not only late, but I was going home Sunday, I called UPS furious. I let them know very sternly that my package needed to be in my hands by the end of the day. The first person I spoke to told me that because of how UPS was functioning for the holidays, I would get my package on Saturday. I said "but my shipping info isn't updating" and the rep told that I would still get it Saturday. Several hours go by and still no update. So I called again, and still I'm told I'll get it Saturday. It's now almost 4pm and guess what? Nothing, no update. So I called them again. This time, I'm told that no, they aren't doing Saturday deliveries, and that I am not going to get my item until Monday. So now I'm really mad, because this guy is telling me the exact opposite of what the previous two people told me. So I demanded to speak to his supervisor. Now, his supervisor at first was great. The guy spent over an hour speaking to the rep at the customer center to try and get someone out to deliver my package. What happens? Well, everyone decides they don't want to do an extra delivery. So he goes out on a limb and asks if I can pick up the package. They say yes. So he tells me this, but I'm skeptical. It's now way past 5pm, the time when the center closes. I tell him this, but he responds by saying that someone will definitely be there to give me my package. As soon as I got off the phone, I got into an Uber (paid about $10) and it took me less than 15 minutes to get there. I leave the car, and the customer center is closed. I go up to the security guard and ask her if anyone is there. She's calling numbers and whatnot, and no one is available at all. Which means that the customer service manager at the facility decided that 15mins was too long to wait to give someone a package they have been fighting for all day, or the person I spoke to completely messed up. I stood out in the freezing cold for almost 2 hours trying to get someone to get me my package. Eventually, I had to give up because no one was coming.

UPS really screwed up today. All day UPS has done nothing but manipulate, feed me lies, and send me running in circles. I wasted my time, money, patience on them, and no one there could care any less. I spent almost the entire day yelling, but I ended the day in complete tears. And at the end of the day, I really end up suffering because now, I can't go home to see my family like I wanted to. My life now revolves around UPS. This was such a stressful, awful experience. I will never, ever, ever use UPS ever again. I will never recommend them, and I've launched formal complaints against them all day today because of this experience. I feel really bad for anyone else who used UPS this holiday season. I just hope that your experiences end up better than mine.
