UPS improper service, accusatory attitude, "customer is always wrong and at fault"

Work in the yard all day but get a notice stating I was not home for delivery attempt on Thursday 5/24. Tracking information says it will be delivered to an "Access Point" which is a wretched, foul, half empty grocery store with no working coolers, that smells of rotten seafood.
Several calls and many hours later I am assured, personally, by staff at a local UPS facility, that it will be rerouted back to my address and delivered the next day.
Two more days have passed and it is now 2:45 AM 5/27, and the package has still not been delivered.
I have been accused of not being home on 5/24 on nearly every call to customer service because the tracking information still states I was not home, despite my offering to provide GPS and IP data to the contrary, and yet it seems to be known internally to UPS that the driver's DIAD reports that the driver was in error and attempted delivery to the wrong residence.
I find this entire matter reprehensible, to say the least. And I could go into many more details about the entire set of issues, but I think this is fair as a 'tip of the iceberg' overview.

UPS customs clearance

In mid march, I ordered 2 golf clubs from 2 different vendors, both of similar value. One arrived in an efficient and timely manner. The other was managed by lillian chen and she has mishandled the delivery, failing to use the vendors' documentation and misleading customs and demanding information supplied by vendor to be translated by me into chinese. The comms have been exchanged for nearly 2 months now and it appears that ups decided (of its own accord) to abandon the product. This has cost me over $100 on the goods and the transport and was directly caused by the poor performance of lillian chen.
I want someone else to take over, clear my goods through customs and deliver it to me, after all, I have been waiting about 8 weeks now. Lillian has been rude, arrogant, uncooperative, misleading, ill informed, inefficient and very dismissive. Probably the worst business person I have met in my 45 year working career. Ups is severely compromised by employing this person and I highly recommend that you replace her with someone more highly skilled.

UPS delivery of my package(s)

I have a covered front porch but instead of the ups driver walking my package to the front door, they leave it sitting in the rain outside my garage door in plain view for anyone driving by. I am requesting that all future packages be left out of view on my covered front porch. This is a common occurrence and I am ordering more online. I will start requesting that my packages not be shipped ups if this happens again.

UPS commercial driver dropping off packages when business is closed

Tuesday 5/22/18 Driver dropped off package with tracking #1z79255w0329453445 at 930 pm. Our business Restaurant Deport 1431 west 20th street in houston texas 77008 closes at 6pm! No one was here. Driver left this expensive small package out back of the loading dock area near the trash and used my name in his/her telxon although I was not at work or aware this had been delivered which looks like fraud on my part to my company. I do not want to be in jeopardy of losing my job because UPS is not having someone sign for things. This is the 2nd incident of this and I have gotten no help from UPS or response as I have sent numerous emails and called the 1-800 number to file a complaint. Local distribution warehouse supervisor is supposed to be getting in touch with me to see how we can get this issue under control and I am still waiting days later for someone to call or me with a solution.

UPS pick up not made going on 6 days

I have called multiple times regarding the driver coming to pick up the items that were left in my apartment building in the hallway on 05/18/2018 11:44 am which were worth over a total of 350$. I've gotten a call back from a woman by the name of Rose from a UPS facility this morning aound 7 am assuring me that the driver would come to pick up the package today by 8pm. I called again at 9:30 pm today 05/224/18 just make another complaint and was then directed back to square one with the reply of the driver will pick it up tomorrow and you'll receive a call back from the local facility. Which was already done. The problem is the amount I paid for the items cannot be refunded to me unless the shipper receives their merchandise back. So I've missed 2 days of work to assure that this would be returned without success. It's been a total of 6 days of waiting to have these two packages returned. This is unacceptable. I've lost pay, and money originally paid to shipper. Only to still will have extra waiting time and days to have the items reach the shipper and process my return refund. If anyone can assist me it would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend a formal complaint via the Better Business Bureau. I have had issues with UPS enough over the years that I avoid using them as much as humanly possible. The BBB can, and will, help to resolve your issue.

UPS a item I purchase on line

My tracking number is [protected] I received a sorry I missed on 5/21/2018 sticker stating my package will be delivered to my greenwood ups locker I check on the 5/22 & 5/23 stating it was in transit to the ups locker. Today on 5/24 it stating it is being returned to sender . why ? The package was never deliver to the ups locker. Now you claim you are sending it back to sender. I know one of your employee stole my package. I am reporting this the the News and the attorney general. Ups lied and now they are trying to cover it up. There is no way for me to contract the sender. I want to be refunded by UPS.

UPS delivery

Tracking number 1zv010310334979673 was not delivered. I contacted eli at store #5640 on 5/14/18 about the package not being received on 5/10/18 as guaranteed. He said he would look into it but no communications whatsoever. I had to call your customer service number to find out that eli never filed a lost package claim and so they did on 5/18/18 and conveniently changed the last location of the package from salt lake city, utah to fife, washington. I did not received any alert about the delivery issues. Help me get my package back! This people never contact the destination person. I will never use anyone of your stores again!

UPS i'd like to complain about a ups driver

At 9:55 a.m., today (05-24-18), I was riding my bicycle going north on Rte 19 in Hamlin, New York. There is no shoulder or bicycle lane. Your UPS driver came behind me and passed me on the left. His right mirror just missed my head. He was going 30+mph. He turned into the Top's Food Market just ahead on the right and stopped his truck to make a delivery. I rode up to him and asked why he did not slow down, wait until oncoming traffic was done and move to the left ( instead of squeezing through between me and the oncoming traffic). I was forced off the road and almost into the ditch on the right side of the road. He kept interrupting me stating "you can't do anything - I got 32 years in - you're wasting your time." While he was delivering, I called 911 and explained to them and gave the license number to the emergency operator. While I was calling, a gentleman entering the Tops stopped and told me the license number just in case I did not have it and said that "this guy has been an ongoing problem in Hamlin". I do not have the number to give you. I am told the driver delivers routinely in Hamlin. He looked in his 40's (yet has "32 years in?), white, short, brown hair, rather overweight.
I am expecting an explanation why this driver was not immediately responsive and courteous to me. I do not find that typical of UPS drivers. I am expecting an apology and an assurance that this will not happen again. If indeed he have "32 years in", maybe he should retire or at least refresh his driver education before returning to working for UPS.

UPS rude driver and packages damaged or open

Our delivery guy has been extremely rude and has been getting worse of the the past few weeks. Each week the condition of our packages get worse and worse. Today two very expensive devices were opened and one of them was pulled out of the box with the security seal tampered with. We have other drivers that come by and they are wonderful but this gentleman has been nothing but rude since we moved into our building

UPS delivered to the wrong address

There were 2 orders from 2 separate cheesecake companies . (A total of 4 boxes, 2 from each company )The chosen delivery date was 5/23/18.
The driver inadvertently left the shipments at the wrong address 2 blocks from our home at noon . The residents of the home were kind enough to bring the 4 boxes to our door, but it was 3 hours later . They had tried calling UPS to no avail .
The boxes were in the sun for about 2 to 3 hours and the cheesecakes are not in the greatest condition . Im not even sure if they are still edible.
I paid UPS for shipping to my door, NOT to have strangers bring them almost 3 hours after they were taken off your truck .
I believe compensation of some sort is owed due to your drivers error. Thank You

UPS counter/customer service...

Here at the ups station on north Lincoln avenue, in Urbana Illinois, the office(where you pick up packages) allegedly doesn't open until 9:00 a.m...yet I've sat here and watched several people able to go in and conduct business; I.e. pick up/drop off packages.
When I asked for the same consideration(picking up my package prior to the 9:00 a.m. time)...I was refused, at told to wait until 9. She cited the whole ‘corporate' thing...I guess if you're some company or corporation entity the rules don't apply to you.

UPS repeated damaged packages

I am a product tester for a large company. These products are gifted to me in return for opinions or general critiquing. They can range from items small weighing a pound or 2 up weighing 50 pounds (sometimes slightly more) with package sizes that might be as large as several feet in length.
Better than half the time my packages are damaged in some way which often includes damage to the product inside. This makes critiquing these products extremely difficult to do. On one occasion my package was delivered to the wrong address and never recovered. The shipper was nice enough to send a replacement. On another occasion the package was badly torn and actually had foot prints on the box. This was a fairly large box about 1 foot tall and more than 3 feet long. It was to contain 4 items but arrived with only 3 since 1 was lost from the package and never recovered.
This is happening all too often but I will give you credit in one respect. It's happening more often with products shipped by Fed Ex. Regardless, I am becoming very dissatisfied with the condition of items delivered. Fortunately this hasn't cost me anything since I'm receiving these products at no cost. But it's quite inconvenient for the shippers who are extending me these products as I am unable to provide positive feedback for the products. UPS might want to consider those ramifications since customers make purchases of these products based on my experience and if that shipper typically uses UPS, if those products aren't sold in a manner that would require them to be shipped, UPS loses business.
I think it in the best interest of UPS to strive for reducing the potential of shipped products becoming damaged while in UPS possession.

UPS delivery driver

On Tuesday, May 15th we witnessed the UPS driver in Cold Springs, NV on Briar Street 89508 speeding down the road. We stopped him to nicely ask him to slow down because he clearly was speeding and he ignored our request. He was quite rude about it as well. The truck number was 138909. I am sure he is a great guy but this is a residential area and we NEED him to slow down. There are children everywhere. Thank you!

my package has been delayed for over 14 days. The driver could not located my package because it was sent to another State. I was then told I could pick up package at Forest Park pick up center and I was assured the package was there, I had someone stay with my husband and I had a friend ride with me since this is over an hour trip.
I got to the facility and they package was not there. It was still in another State. I then spoke on two different days to two managers who promised delivery. Delivery was promised for today and merchandise is still at the pick up center. This is medicine from the VA that is vital for my husband. The VA has been kind enough to hand deliver the
medicine e to get us through the week but I am desperate for this delivery

UPS delivery man

I wasnt home when the pkg. came, and he left it outside my apartment building on top of the call box so anyone could steal it. usually they try again or drop it off at the local p.o. to deliver next day. I called puritans pride and they said it was delivered to my door; which it was not. I checked outside and there it was. do not leave pkgs. outside an apartment building if noones home. this happened on 5/17/18 in medina, ny. the tracking number was 1z144597yt66981351. thank-you

UPS ups truck driver racing past our house, far exceeding the speed limit

In a highly residential area with a speed limit of 25 mph, he raced up the hill and turned around at the top at just before 5:30 P.M. PST on Friday, May 18, 2018, in the 5300 block of Palm Drive, La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011. I flagged him down and asked him if he knew the speed limit on this street He said yes, but didn't offer to tell me what the speed limit was, then sped off while I was in mid-sentence, completely ignoring me and my complaint. An African-American, the license number on his big brown UPS truck was: 70563W1. I have photos.

I don't want to get the man fired, but I do expect some common courtesy, acknowledgement of a legitimate complaint and a desire to not do it ever again.

UPS delivery

I needed parts sent NDA on an emergency breakdown situation. I should have received the parts today, the paperwork on the tracking information clearly states next day air. Tracking number 1Z6688190158153600. I was told by your customer service personnel that I would probably not get the package until Monday. Due to this delay, our company will lose $4, 000 in lost revenue and another $5, 040 for labor hotel and per diem. It has been over 24 hours and the part have not moved from the original drop off point. This is terrible customer service.

UPS ups driver moved personal property & blocked access to front door of handicapped owners house on may 16, 2018 in passaic, new jersey

On May 15, 2018, the UPS driver/delivery person lifted, removed, and placed in front of my front door a heavy box of ice melt in a position to block access to my front door. There was no need for the UPS driver to do this. I am a handicapped person and I use a cane. There is little to no space in front of my front door, even when there is nothing blocking it for me to maneuver and open the door.

There is a sign on my front door that directs deliveries from carriers not to block the front door and directs them to place packages to the "right" side of the door, which is opposite side of the door opening, and does not block the front door.

In addition to the UPS Driver/delivery person moving a heavy box from a separate location on the ground to the left side of my front door, that I cannot move in front of my front door, he lifted this heavy box off the top of a container that is to the left side of my front door. And this same UPS driver/delivery person opened this container, and did not replace the top of the container, but left it askew.

Instead of replacing both the lid of my personal property - the container - back on the box. And, instead of putting the heavy box of ice melt (my personal property, covered by white plastic wrap around it) back on top of the box to the left side of my front door, from where the UPS driver removed it, the UPS driver left my personal property where he had moved it to.

The UPS Driver/delivery person is not authorized and is not permitted to touch or move or open or go into any property in front of my front door.

Note that there was absolutely no reason for the UPS Driver/delivery person to touch or move my personal property because they are not required to make any type of delivery to me.

The very small package identified by the tracking number above, was finally placed by the UPS Driver to the right side of my door on top of a tall box, as directed by the sign on my front door.

However, the UPS Driver left the heavy box of ice melt blocking access to my front door, and left the lid on the box to the left side of my front door open.

There was no reason for the UPS driver to move my personal property and no reason at all for the UPS driver to block my access to my own front door, as part of any process of delivering the small package with the UPS Tracking #:
1Z 3XX 135 42 4159 6853.

In addition to the UPS Driver's disruptive, dishonest, and nasty behavior toward me and my property, his actions caused me physical problems because I am handicapped, and it was also raining, so it was further difficult for me because I had a cane in one hand and an umbrella in my other hand.

This UPS Driver is extremely careless, totally inconsiderate of my, as a customer, and must be reprimanded for causing me this problem and distress.

UPS needs to recompense me for the distress and huge inconvenience I suffered having to wait to get into my own house and having to find someone to move the heavy box away from front door.

This is the worst type of USP delivery service.
UPS should be ashamed to allow this driver/delivery person behave in such a disrespectful and abusive manner to customers.

UPS delivery

I give any one a second chance but this needs addressed. Our driver would deliver all packages to a farm building 150 feet from the house. I left a note asking to have it delivered to the house because we do not visit the building daily. The next package we get is in the middle of the drive way 50 feet from the house. We let that slide but then today after looking at tracking because we were expecting a package today we found the package in question on the 911 sign in a plastic bag The driver just tied it onto the sign instead of bring it to the house. The Fed X driver always delivers it to the front door with a smile. If I can ask for a delivery service it will not be ups because of this driver. My address is 52939 740th st in Anita Iowa 50020 so you can lookup who the delivery person is.

UPS drivers attitude to us and his behavior

May 16 the truck NY plate # 8395
Blocked the Brighton 8 street between Neptune and Oceanview avenues. There are two full size spaces at the left and right sides of a truck, but the driver didn't even think to park his vehicle. He was moving with a packages smiling and very slow. On the question, why he did not park his truck honestly asked "where". Seems like he never think about parking being not responsible for the parking tickets...?
He didn't show any respect or said sorry. Acting like authorized person from the top government who has a right to do everything.
We are paying money to ups services not only for the deliveries, but for the whole service, including human attitude. But the employee acts like everybody owe him for his favors.
What is going on with your organization?
