I buyed a flex power recliner from Urner's on 05/05 for $1.719.00. I called the store on 01/31 and told them it stopped working. Since then I have called the sales person, the assistant manager Mr King, and general manager Mr Miguel, and I have had no luck gettin my chair fixed or replaced. I also talked to their repair man Rick with no luck, and he told me I would need to pay him $120.00 to come to Tehachapi. This has been so frustrating after making several phone calls. Plz help me. I will never buy anything from Urner's again.

Me and my hubby got a Whrilpool fridge from Urner's on May 1. We brought it home and installed it, but the ice maker didn't work then and still doesn't work now. We called Urner's several times on May 11, and finally, the Appliance Repair Specialist came. He said that this model fridge has a known defect and that he would order the part, which should arrive in about 10 days. But today is June 22, and I've contacted the Appliance Repair Specialist three times, but they still don't know when the part will arrive. My hubby and I have spent a lot of money at Urner's because we wanted to support our local hometown business, but not anymore. We'll go to Home Depot or Lowe's for our appliances from now on. I also tried to contact Urner's for help, but they haven't responded.
urners is a bad store
urners is a bad store. I spent lots of money on appliances and furniture there. I bought a fridge for $3400 and it broke after 8 months. They said they couldn't help me and I had to deal with the warranty company. The fridge broke 6 more times and they still wouldn't help me. Finally, they said I could get a replacement, but it took 2 more weeks to get an answer. I asked for my money back, but they wouldn't give it to me. They said I could have had a loaner, but they never offered it. My fridge has been broken since March and it's now August and they still won't give me my money back. They're taking $200 out for processing fees, which is wrong. I won't shop there again and you shouldn't either.

I bought a couch from Urner's, Inc. and it took forever to get it. When it finally came, it wasn't what I thought I was getting. The recliner part was cheap and not what I paid for. Plus, there was a problem with one of the pieces and it had a tear in the arm. I had to send it back for a replacement.
I found a fridge on Urner's website that my mom liked
I found a fridge on Urner's website that my mom liked. We went there and bought it. A week later they said it's not available anymore and asked us to upgrade. My problem is that it's still on their website as available. I have a pic of it. They should remove it so others won't be inconvenienced. My mom got her money back. But they're advertising something they don't have.

I got 3 Sealy bed sets from Urner's on Feb 23, 2021. It had mattresses, box springs, bed frames and the recycling fees. Urner's drivers delivered and set them up on Feb 28, 2021. I saw my bed sagging and I told Urner's for warranty help. They sent a guy from Integrated Bedding Group on 7/7 to check all three beds, as all 3 beds bought in Feb were sagging. The guy left a paper that said "no stains" on two beds, and "several assorted small stains" on the last. After the check, the queen box spring was changed. They told me the unstained box springs were showing too much wear and tear from sleeping on them for 6 months, so the 10 year warranty was void because of the small stains on top of the mattress.

I called Urners 'cause my Frigidaire fridge wasn't workin' right on March 19th. They sent a tech out who, after 2 weeks, said the fridge couldn't be fixed. Urners agreed to replace it since it's less than a year old (I bought it on July 2nd). I also told them about the damaged floor and sent pics, but I haven't gotten a quote yet 'cause of COVID-19 and my work schedule. I asked for a replacement fridge, but they said Frigidaire won't replace it until I send the quote. I even talked to Frigidaire's customer service a couple times, but they said the same thing. I told them to just send me the fridge I paid for, but they said they can't until they get the quote and pics. I went to Urners and they called the local Frigidaire rep, but we haven't heard back. It's been 10 weeks and still no replacement fridge.

We went to Urners to buy a washin machine for our bizness and were sold a "commercial" washin machine, "Speed Queen" by the salesmen, ***. Upon takin it back to our bizness and installin it we found a strange error problem with the lid and proceeded to call *** back on the same day to inquire about this error message. We were told not to worry about it and to call if we had any further issues. The issue with the lockin lid not only continued but grew worse as soon we found our washin machine mysteriously stoppin its cycle and lockin the lid with no way to open the washin machine and not restartin for us for long periods of time. Time in which we had to pay employees to repeatedly attempt to restart the washin machine until it would finally start it's cycle again. We called Urners and were set up with a service call, unfortunately not for a week later. As the issues with the unit continued we called Urners again to ask for a resolution and were told they can't help us until they get at least one service call in because the warranty is through Speed Queen and they can't accept returns. We can however bring it back and pay for a more expensive model which seems to contradict the prior statement. Furthermore when we called to complain about the machine we received we were told that it is NOT a commercial washin machine, despite it sayin on the machine it is a commercial washin machine and bein told by the salesmen that it is a commercial washin machine. In summation we can only return the machine if we agree to buy a more expensive model, which in our opinion seems to be a predatory practice since we were obviously sold a faulty item in the first place. We were also sold on the false pretense that we were buyin a commercial item, a fact we were tricked into believin because of Urners salesmen and convenient placement of "commercial" on the machine itself.
