They responded quickly to all the questions I had along with the physician who contacted me immediately. Overall this is a great business that values customers and our fur babies ? This is a legit business and nothing fake about them. If someone says different about them, then its something going on with that individual.

US Service Animals provides an exceptional service allowing me and my companion dog to live a fuller and more satisfying life. They are thorough in the support and evaluation process, attending to each necessary aspect of evaluation and document provision. My boy is essential to my wellbeing and health, and the abilities to function in public and at home, and US Service Animals recognizes the importance of all of this to my quality of life. I've participated in the program for four years, and I would not consider another.
I used this service for the first time last year for my older dog to become an emotional support dog. I used again this year to register my new puppy. Good service for the money.
Great and fast service and helped me get my old girl registered so I can take her everywhere with me. The tag I ordered for her was well made with clear print as was the pet ID padge to show if I'm ever questioned.

I was connected via teletherapy through this company as well and it has been lackluster to say the least. They only speak to me to renew my papers. Sometimes it takes them a while to get the renewal done, but I also tried to schedule additional appointments and yet never heard from them when it came time for the appointment. The website and services provided are great, but the whole world is in need of more therapists and there is definitely a shortage in my state.

The customer service was great in the beginning. I was promised an evaluation by a licensed health professional. Someone called me, they did not introduce themselves and spoke to me for about 40 seconds before they ended the call. They asked me two questions and it was very ***. Instead of feeling like I got what I had paid for I was left very confused. I hardly feel like the amount of money I paid was worth what I got, I really thought that I will get a full evaluation. I wanted to speak to someone afterwards but I got 0 follow up; no calls or emails. Buyers beware

The first rep I had was extremely sales driven. She kept adding things to my package and it was an overwhelming and anxiety ridden experience. She asked why I thought I needed an *** I explained my doctor recommended it and she wanted to then charge me and have me get a consult from their service for an already recommended thing by my doctor? I'm a student (broke) and just needed the bare minimum to be able to live with my ESAs. I finally hung up and called a few days later. The second rep helped me out and got me everything I needed and I couldn't be happier. The second rep even recommended what to get from my doctor so I did not have to pay extra. 1/5 for *** for the second.

US Service Animals has been so helpful and easy! They call you after you fill out your certificate and set up a tele therapy appointment for you as well! You get a call from the therapist within 24 hours of your initial phone call and they make it pretty quick and painless! You then get all legal therapy approval letters by email within 2 hours after that. You don't have to call or email, they do everything for you and truly just make it a simple, smooth, and painless process. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a service animal or ESA, best customer service from any company I've dealt with EVER. As well as being extremely efficient and fast.

I put my phone down to move the dishes from my dishwasher into the cabinets and within that time frame (I hadn't completely checked out yet) I received a phone call asking if I needed assistance completing my order. Ok.. fishy already.. I chose to ignore it and continued checking out. I got a phone call about an hour later from a "mental health professional" that lasted about 2 MINUTES AND I WAS CHARGED $100 FOR IT. long story short, they take advantage of people and I ended up paying AROUND $250 and when I brought it up the best they could do was refund me $124.96. we are in the middle of a pandemic and they're taking advantage of people who don't know any better! I wish I would have done my research before being pressured into this stuff! FRAUDULENT COMPANY DON'T DO IT

I was shown the statute because I work with deputies and attorneys so that was a quick response for my co-workers to let me know I got scammed and ask for a refund if able to ask. I called told them what I found out and was told that it was past their 30 day policy. Uh? So please beware of this scam. Wish I had a brain and looked them up and did more research before losing $152.96. They really need to refund. I think I might just *** to misrepresentation of what their products can actually do for people when they cant do anything it is in statute! I now am the proud owner of $152.96 ID and certificate because vest was never received. Although a vest was offered when called I have one already that my dog likes. When I spoked to a representative, they said that a mental health professional should be giving me a call in 24 hours from my call, but no one every did. When 23 hours had gone by without a phone call, I called customer service to make sure there wasn't anything I did wrong on my end and they told me to call them back once 24 hours had gone by. I gave it a little more time than 24 hours, and I still never received a call. When I called back, they told me they will send a note to the doctor so she knows to call me back the next day. By noon I still had received a call and spoke with my doctor again and had to get it from her just to get it on time. You are not guaranteed a call back in 24 hours, so if you're crunched for time, I WOULD NOT recommend. It was a waste of money because I never ended up getting my letter from them. Although they might be legit, they do not live up to their promises.

I called his company looking to get assistance with registrating my dog as a service animal. The representatives are usually very nice. But when I spoke to the therapist, she was rude and was cutting me off pretty much every chance she got. She just didnt want to hear it. So she denied me and my refund for speaking with her was given back. The representative I spoke to first strongly believed that I would be able to get approved so we ended up ordering my service animal equipment which was around $250. Being that I wasnt approved, I asked for a refund. They said that the items have been sent, and once I send the equipment back, my refund will be processed. I printed the refund slip and the form they wanted me to fill out so I can have everything ready. Its April 26th. Looking at the tracking label, the package arrived on April 23rd. In my apartment, theres no direct access to my door. You have to have a key to open the main entrance to get in. But the label says it was delivered to my mailbox. My mailbox isnt even big enough to hold a package, so all of the delivery people usually send the packages to the office. I checked with the office and they said I did not receive a package, and my mailbox was also empty. I called this morning to let them know that I never received the package and I dont have $250 to waste, so I need my refund for item that Ive never received. She told me shell call me back when she gets to the shipping department to see what the next steps are. When she called me back, she simply said they denied me for my refund. I am very upset with this business, as I see all the good reviews. And it *** that I had to have a bad experience and report to the Complaintsboard.com, which Ive never done. But no one has $250 laying around to just give out. I could spend that to see an actual therapist. This shipping error is not on my end, so my refund should have been processed. I ended up filing a claim with my bank. I hope no one else has this experience.

We still have not gotten the letter they promised to email me and we need to get that letter to our landlord for our ESA. I was sold a ESA letter valid for 1-year of flight travel on 12/15. On 12/2 the ATA/government agency rule change means airlines are no longer required to honor the ESA letter I purchased on 12/15. US Service Animals should have known this and stopped selling these letters/certification. I was charged $179.99 for the generic letter on 12/15, then $29.99 for Airline Specific form on 12/20. American Airlines did not approve my pet travel request.

I received my forms for approval and was told if i had any issues with my new apartment to reach out to them directly and they would resolve them. When moving into my new apartment the leasing office needed to verify that i had been approved and needed an additional verification form signed. The leasing office reached out US Service Animals in order to get the signature and they never responded. 2 months later and they still haven't heard anything. I had to call US Service animals myself and when calling them they informed me it would be an additional $69 to get the signature, which was never mentioned before when getting approved before. This to me seems like a scam and a very unprofessional business practice.

They had a Mental Health professional contact so she could see if I could be approved, she determined that my dog was for emotional support and provided me with a letter stating such. US Service Animals and the licensed therapist both said that if there are any issues I could have the apartment complex contact the health provider. At no point did anyone mention this would be for an additional fee of 69 US dollars. The new apartment complex reached out asking that the mental health professional complete a reasonable accommodations form, however this was not done and when I called the US Service Animals that is when they informed me that another 69 US dollars would be required. At no point was this mentioned originally by US Service Animals or the *** mental health professional. To me this is fraud and unacceptable business practice.

She was told she had 24 hours to remove the non approved animals or 30 days to remove herself or be faced with an eviction. This took place on 10/02. She refused to remove the animals or herself, so I proceeded with filing an eviction. She apparently reached out to your company for certification of a non approved, unlicensed, nonfixed, nonvaccinated (including rabies) 60lb pit bull. Your "therapist" *** - Transitions 4 Life out of the state of DE, who has a Pennsylvania License #*** certified this dog without any of the said information in addition to not knowing the bite record OF A PIT BULL. This animal is a huge liability for me and I need answers before I file a civil suit against US Service Animals. I don't know how a dog with ZERO qualifications, who are known to be a viscous, lethal, and unpredictable breed can be approved as an emotional support animal. I need answers.

It was super easy and quick at first. I was a bit weary because of this, but figured it would be okay due to positive reviews. The visit was only 1 min before the person interrupted me and told me they needed to hang up and call me back. When they called back they didnt even evaluate or ask any questions. Just automatically stated I was approved. That shouldve been my first sign. After review, my apartments then got back to me letting me know that it was not legit company and my pet was not an actual registered *** and could not be approved. I now have to set up a real appointment which just prolongs this process and adds even more violation fees for my apartment. I wasted close to $300 for nothing on this company and in turn also collected fees from my apartments too. Its ridiculous as that money could have gone towards rent or my children or to seeing an actual therapist! No one has that kind of money just laying around especially being the sole provider.
