I ordered a French Door refrigerator including waterline for icemaker. I was promised delivery and installation within two days. On the agreed upon delivery date the truck came and a delivery person came in and moved out refrigerator into middle of kitchen. He told me that he didn't have water line and didn't know anything about it. I told him it was ordered at time of refrigerator purchase. He said that delivery would have to be rescheduled and he turned and left leaving refrigerator out in middle of floor. I was notified that redelivery would occur two days later but they cancelled due to rain. Then reschedule the following day between 9 AM and noon, they did not show up until 9:45 PM. After 45 minutes they decided that my old side by side was to big to remove, amazing since 11 years ago when I moved in the movers brought it in and up (split foyer) to the kitchen with no problem. They said that I would get a call the following morning with what time delivery would be made with more qualified team. No one called by by 3 PM, so I called and was transferred to 3 different people and never got an answer about my delivery. Finally the third person told me that someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours and let me know what they intended to do. I went to the store and reminded them that I did not have a working refrigerator and needed ASAP, they told me that delivery was handled by warehouse (in back of same building) and that they the sales/showroom had to control over warehouse. I had no choice but to cancel and buy from another store.
