3 yrs ago bought son bed. After year side rails and box sprg broke. Furn people came out and fixed. 2 yrs later, slats (very small pine slats) really cheap… when slats broke, rails broke, box spring fell and broke. Conns sent furn tech out, he looked, stated “ how m small the slats were. Them box spring he states. “ wow this isnt very well made. Inside box spring is bad!” You will see by pics I send. Now im trying to be noce and patient but conns declined replacing bed. They said abuse…we bought an adult bed that we thought was quality products. I have 3 conns accts and have spent thousand of dollars there. This situation on totally unacceptable. This bed has a warranty. Now my son is 16, 6’2, and 220 lbs. alls the kid does is school, work and sleep. This just isnt right. Im hoping conns takes care if issue promptly, other we continue the course through legal means. It just irks me that conns wont take care of customer. I have never been late, never missed payments yet they can cust sat thsi issue. I have been a corp store manager for 26 yrs and if I treated my cust this way, id be out of business. A reponse wld be good and look at pics Im hoping conns steps up to plate and takes care of this.
