Dollar General - Shelves are never stocked, trash in the parking lot

The Dollar General Store located on 1886 Hwy 21 Bypass in Monroeville, Al is never restocked. I questioned employee and they report that it is a staffing problem. I also have complained to the manager "Cat" about the trash that is all around the store and parking lot. Wire carts are full of boxes that spill over and it is an unsightly mess. I volunteer for Keep Monroeville Beautiful Anti-Liter Campaign and we have reached out to the store manager on several occasions about cleaning up. I just left there today without finding the two items I needed, sugar and flour! Please stock this store and clean it up!
