Hello, I was at your general store and on the front door there is a sign stating "50% off the already marked clearance price". I went inside and got 3 bags of M&M fun size that were marked clearance $2.50 and 1 pack of twizzlers marked clearance $2.20. I went to the cashier to checkout the items, when she gave me my total of $9.70, I told her that it should be $1.25 for each bag of M&Ms and $1.10 for the twizzlers. I told her I was there yesterday and got a bag of M&Ms and the cashier charged me $1.25 for a bag of them. She replied that I got lucky because she did it wrong. I read aloud what the sign stated on the door and she replied in a snooty manner that the price is what's marked. I'm no Einstein but the receipt says for the M&Ms, (Was $5.25 - Saving $2.75) so how could that even be the 50% savings because the was price would of had to been $5.50. I didn't even want to argue with her because I could see she was a miserable woman so I just paid what she said it was and left so. There were less bags of the M&Ms than were there last night so I just wondering how many people she ripped off before me. I attached a Pic of my receipt from last night and also a Pic from tonight so you can visually see the difference. If that woman was right, someone better fix the sign and brush up on their math. Please respond back so I know who's at fault. Thank you for your time... sincerely, Aaron Schoch
Claimed loss: $4.85
Desired outcome: Atleast the $4.85 she blatantly stole from me and maybe a math tutor for the cashier since she obviously could use since she is dealing with money...
