Dollar General review: Store manager

Ok me and my husband walk about ten minutes to our dollar store in petal MS on old richton Rd everyday everyday well on September 9 we went there and my walked and and ask the manager how much money could he get cash back and the lady said that he had to buy something well he was going to do that but he just wanted to know how much he could get after he bought something and she said the machine would tell him well he went ahead and got what he needed and came back to check out well she bagged everything up and he was putting his card in machine and i took bags and walked out well he said the machine did not ask him for cash back so he put wrong pin in so the lady to redo it and he ask the lady why didn't it ask him and she start telling him I didn't need to walk out of the store untill the stuff was paid for well she watched me get the bags and walk to the door and did not say a word to me and didn't say a word to him until he ask her why it didn't ask him how much cash back he wanted well then my husband said hold on I will get her and go me to come back in with the bags and told her she could keep all of it and we left well we walked back up there last night and 2 other employees said we was BAN from the store so I need some help with this matter cause we spend a lot of money at the dollar store every month and we didn't do anything wrong she was the one in the wrong all the way around from not making the machine ask him if he need cash back to not saying nothing to me when she aaw me walking out so please if u can help me with this matter it would be greatly appreciated
