The week of Feb 6-10th I had gone into Conns in Mesa Az and was told by management my payment would be under $400 so I agreed but got first bill in mail and it’s $550. I have had several items with a bigger financing amount and never had to pay over $200 a month. I am so angry and am not pleased with the conditions of the bedroom dresser or mirror, they’re falling apart already. Management had me waiting over 3 hours in store to finish up paperwork, I had a child with me and we were tired. I wouldn’t of ever agreed to pay $500 a month so I’m really dissatisfied with it all.
Desired outcome: I want to see my payment lowered or I want the stuff returned like the entire thing never happened.

It has been a nightmare since the day we purchased our refrigerator and stove. We were given multiple days of delivery dates because the order was put in wrong from the beginning, then having to reschedule our days of work because they couldn't make delivery. After that the delivery arrives and it can not be installed because a plumber had to review the pipeline which was not mention by the sales person, but should have been according to delivery. Then the stove and fridge are missing items that the store/warehouse said was not part of the items purchases but was the one reason why we bought the items. On top of everything the due date of each month's bill was incorrect even after it was confirmed with the sales person and now billing is not willing to rectify to change the billing date to the one we agreed on and we are being charged late fees plus they removed our 12 months of no interest. This is ridiculous! I have been with this company for years! And I never missed a payment, only to be treated as if I am the one that is irresponsible. They never once took ownership of their error or said we will fix it. All I get is you are behind 12 days and until it is paid we will not help you. Such a terrible customer service. What a shame!
