Conn's Home Plus - lg fridge / replace /fix

Sunday October 6th 2019
A call was made that our fridge both freezer and fridge was not cooling.
Customer support schedule tech out for Monday.

Here is document via text sent October 6th 2019
Dear CASSANDRA BEGAY,
We have assigned a technician to service your order 1589804 on 10/07/19.
Andrew M will call you the morning of your appointment to plan a 2-hour arrival window.

Then next text oct 7 2019 Monday
Tech comes out said IT NOT YOUR COMPRESSOR it's the board.

At 9:14am
Dear CASSANDRA BEGAY, We need additional parts to complete your repair request.

At 915 am
Dear CASSANDRA BEGAY, The service appointment has been scheduled for 10/10/19. Your service order number is 1589804. A service technician will call you the morning of your appointment between 7:00 AM and 09:00 AM to plan a 2-hour arrival window.

At 9:59am
Dear CASSANDRA BEGAY, the repair parts for your Order Number 1589804 have been ordered. We'll notify you when we receive them or more info is available.

Then Wednesday October 9th 2019

Then Thursday October 10 2019
I called to see what time the tech will come the customer support said the service was cancel because the PART WAS NOT INN. Did anyone call you I said no I took work off today.
She said your next service is 10/12/19

Finally Saturday October 12th 2019
Tech comes out but said he needs to order more parts. I replace the board but if that doesn't work it's the compressor
Hector said call my personal number so I can come out to change the compressor if the fridge doesn't cool

That same day the fridge does not cool

Monday morning took the day off work
Called hector he said I don't have the part and I will come the next day .

Now I am anger and frustration is overwhelming.
I have 4 small children and I been using a ice chest.
I lost all food from last week incident.yes again it's been a week I need a fridge I lost days at work and I have to take off tomorrow I work full time. And this can loose my job for frequent requests off. This fridge is not 3 months new just got it
