Dollar Tree

I just started work here at this Tempe, Az location at Dollar tree on 10/25/19 upon working here they gave No training what so ever on what was required of me. I have asked several times what would they like me to do well upon V which he goes by as a manger here he said I am cashier and will be doing alittle of everything which is fine upon the job interview he was aware that I am pregnant and limited what I can do along with Fibromyelgia in my back. well upon my first day Diamond who is an Asst. manger was not very friendly and was not communicating with me at all and said V should of had things ready to go all she said was tons of Negitive things about the manger of the store and said he doesnt care if your pregnant or not even with notes he will cut hours so I did my job after working there a week things where ok but there was alot of things going on V had made inapproprate comments towards staff and in general he cusses to much and talks about hoes and sluts and very verbally abusive towards all staff of his team. Nas which is another ASST.manger also gave me a heads up that V is very verbal abusive and doesnt care about the women here and he takes things out on all employees reguardless of his day or not. Nas said he tells everyone to do stuff but gives alot and things dont get done or taken care of.I have done most and all what was asked from me and he decides to be very rude towards me texted me with tons of attuide and disrespect messages.I even asked him for current schedgules so I know when I come into work as a Manger he is supposed to have that information updated in breake room and office where all employees can see I check it every time Im at work to see what changes are being made and he did not update it at all so I asked him he writes back saying Im at home leave me alone and etc... I need to know when I come in to work he refuses to give me updated information. Upon that I even asked about my first pay check he got smart about and said every 2 weeks I already know but I want to know based off my pay date after starting so it took him forever to tell me and do to back and fourth texting he kept being rude towards me it was unnesscary for that. He kept being verbal abusive so I said enough is enough and that I said I am giving my notice I quit I will not put up with a boss who is very verbally abusive and harasses and talks very sexual.I would like my job back for rehire and another location and closer to home.I do not feel comfortable with working with this person and tons of conflicts here he even treats employees badly and its not ok alot of coworkers are afraid of him do to there jobs I am not afraid thats why I am standing up and taking actions. I would like some one to reach out to me and keep this private please.I do have proof of texts

I work at the Chase Bank in the same complex and decided to pick up a few things at the Dollar Tree on Thursday July 25 2019. I don't know what was going on in the back room, but you could hear a lot of loud voices and the F-word being used a lot. This is not a way to conduct business with small children in the store. I shared my experience with my fellow employees and they were shocked to hear about this.
