So I placed an order at Jack in the box for delivery by DoorDash. They said it would take approximately 30 minutes to get here and then the time kept going up and up and up to where it was an hour before it got here. Pretty sure Jack in the box already made the food before DoorDash ever picked it up. Because by the time it got to me everything was cold couldn't need the fries they were cold soggy and nasty the burger was nasty stuff was falling off of it and I swear you put catch up on it when it was a jumbo Jack cuz it sure did not look like the sauces supposed to be on there. If I'd have been in the store I would have thrown that stuff back at you and told you to make it again. Unfortunately I couldn't do that. You have this thing about we don't make it till you order it but yet every time I buy food from you guys it's like it's been sitting there forever. But it doesn't matter I get to sit here all night with nothing to eat because my food was bad and I don't eat bad food or cold food cuz I don't want to get sick. Also did you teach them not to put napkins and you cancel those in the bag. I ordered a cheesecake and there's no fork to eat it with we're also known napkins in the bag that's just something you guys do on purpose to cut corners with cost because I never ever get a fork or napkins when I order from you.

Desired outcome: Fix your issues if Door Dash is more then 10-15 minutes arriving don't want a customer's food just sit there waiting for them because it gets cold soggy nasty and disgusting and no one's going to eat it.
