On 06/11/2023, I arrived at the customer service desk to review a refund that I believed was incorrect. The initial purchase was made on 06/04/2023 at the Oracle store. I grabbed the last box of a Craftsman blower with a bag on the shelve. When I was ready to use it, it didn't work. I tried to troubleshoot for over an 1 hour. I decided to return and exchange it at the Ina store on 06/06/2023. Which is further. The second one worked.
The agent on 06/06/2023 20:50:44, it was late, made a mistake and forgot to refund a GC for 19.91. My portion of the difference was a larger sum to be charged to by Visa. It's still confusing and I did not question it. Again, it was late. Store 1707 Terminal 14
When I arrived on 06/11/2023 to review - an older man offered to help me, I believe his name is Dave. The time was from 2:45PM - 3:25PM, you can pull the video. I tried to explain the difference between the charges, he proceeded to refund a GC of 16.00, which I did not want, and in the wrong amount, I wanted a refund to my visa. Another agent came by to help, I believe his name was Jonathan. In the Intermin Dave proceeded to put his hand over me (face) to stop me from talking or dismiss what I was saying. This caused a great deal of distress. I though he was going to hit me. It was an abusive behavior from a store agent towards a customer. I spoke with a couple of people of the incident, and they suggested I file a complaint. Jonathan was very helpful and saw how upset I was. He looked a little ruffled himself. Please verify the names, again, please pull the video.
Desired outcome: Johnathan gave me a refund. At this point the amount of the refund doesn't matter.
