Jack In The Box - Male drive through window clerk

Approximate Time: 10:30 AM California Time

Jack in The Box 

Young male Hispanic employee working at the drive through window was rude discourteous and unprofessional. This location has a history of making white people just set in line for extended periods before taking their orders.

Even though the workers are standing there looking at your car Often Times you have to drive to the window to place your order. Then the employee mouths off. This morning employee followed the same script today!

My girlfriend is Hispanic and wanted to go to this Jack in The Box and I tried to share with her why I did not want to go there, especially the drive trough. I parked to walk inside and she insisted we go through the drive through as there was NOT one other vehicle in the lane.

We waited at the sign and no one came on the speaker. I pulled up to the window. The clerk as I expected became mouthy! Demanding that I just wait until he comes on at the speaker. NOTE: We were the ONLY vehicle in the lane. The clerk was just staring at me for a few minutes.

I did not feel like putting up with it. I said "You never came on the speaker." He replied "Most people just wait." I have seen these employees make people wait ten or more minutes at this location until the cars back up and leave or drive forward without ordering and leave.

I have as others have noticed they Only do this to White people.

I replied "I am not most people." I asked him where is the speaker?"He said At the second sign." I said, "You should post a sign stating such. Of course he was offended by this. I replied,"You never came on the speaker or said anything. You just kept standing there so were slacking off." Which he was and in my opinion deliberately.

He continued to mouth off and my girlfriend was asking me not to say anything in return. She was worried he or the other employees might do something to the food,

After we paid for the food I refused to eat any of it because I did not trust him and even if my girlfriend wants to go back to this Anti White Racists Jack in The Box location I am NOT going to go there. She can go on her own. Even though I have been going to this location for many years I am not spending another cent at this store.

If this was just me having these issues at this location I might believe it was my own doing. Unfortunately many of my friends and neighbors have been refusing to go back to this location and I too have no plans of doing so.

Desired outcome: Kill your employee or send them in for Racial Diversity Training.

Jack In The Box - worst customer service ever

After visiting the local Jack in the Box tonight, I have resolved to never go to one again. The service was absolutely terrible- I have never been so mistreated in my life. As I type this, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The service woman, by the name of Evette or something similar forced me and my buddy to sit in the car for over 25 minutes while she slowly filled everyone else’s order in the drive-thru. We could see our order sitting on the counter, but she refused to hand it over. Obviously, she was angry at us for ordering separately, and using two coupons in a visit, which she had vehemently protested against. Look lady, if you didn’t want to let us use them, you could’ve just said so and let us go on our way. Furthermore, she kept on purposefully mixing up our order to delay things: “Oh I thought you said the Chicken Sandwich, ”… “No you told us two tacos.”

On top of this, the lady didn’t even give me a receipt, claiming that it was already in the bag. I don’t know what happened to the money I gave her but that’s that. When I got home, I threw away all the sandwiches because who knows what kind of crap she must’ve put in them. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve seen ever.

You threw the reciept away [censored]. and just because shes filling another customers order is no reason to ### about it.
