Hello. I'm trying to file a complaint about a purchase I made with my EBT card using cash transaction not food stamps. I bought a total of 7 Items that can be only purchased with cash being none of the 7 items could be purchased with food stamps cash only. A few days later I returned 5 items out of the 7 1.SNACK SAVER HEAT S [protected] 5.00 S

They returned the items saying it would be back on my card if not come back with the return receipt given I later returned back to the store 5 days later to inform them and they said did I check my food stamps I said it would have been back on the cash not food stamps being they where household items
Claimed loss: The total of $29.23 from government electronic cash benefits
Desired outcome: Please refund and I'd like a response as well as apology for the way they conduct business. Very rude and it's not professional
