Today, September 5, 2023. At approximately 9:10 pm. Sean, the young man who took my order, thought it would be a good idea to shove my drink at me while not even glancing in my direction. He told me he was busy taking an order, when explaining why. He just put his arm through the window and as he was holding my large ice tea. I guess he thought he had received payment so we were done. I explained that I would not take the beverage if he was not looking at me while passing the item to me. I asked Sean if he knew that was very rude and he said no. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager.
Desired outcome: Sean needs some retraining and an apology would be nice. My email address is: [protected]@harvest.org
