Entered store to shop, hear employee Sarah call on intercom Natasha to office; placed items in basket, was approached by Folsom Police and told employee Sarah was requesting him to make an immediate Trespassing report and ban from entering the store forever. Sarah alleged I have been in the store and been rude to a customer on 8 separate times. Sarah neglected and failed to secure any customer information to provide to Folsom Police. I shop there at least times a week, and since their opening, as a Folsom resident since 1999; i.e. much longer than Sarah or Natasha's employment. I first encountered insubordinate and discourteous behavior by Sarah when she was smoking with Natasha on break near the entrance, too close for customer comfort. I asked them to move further from the door due to the smoke and they snickered. Sarah and Natasha continued to create a climate of fear, bullying and intimidation, by allowing other disabled customers to take baskets outside to their vehicle to deliver their items, and return the basket inside the store. Sarah repeatedly alleged I do not have a disability. At least that she could see, and more snickering. While there are other Dollar Tree stores, and 99 cent, I do not feel or believe the discriminatory behavior conducted by Sarah and Natasha on the above referenced date of incident sustains any valid, legal, credible, merit whatsoever, under CA evidence code, if challenged in court. I request an investigation, and any adverse action available to be issued to both Sarah and Natasha, as a direct and proximate result of their willful and intentional, reckless and careless disregard for my rights. I have never been accused of damaging the store or items, or directly or in directly threatening any harm or suffering to the property, employees, or customers, and there is no valid, legal credible record of such, just baseless and senseless allegations by Sarah that lack any valid legal credible merit. I request reversal or destruction of the document and I return to shop freely as I should be. Sarah had Folsom Police issue, and perhaps she submit to a fitness for duty exam or substance abuse screening.
