Jack In The Box

I went through the drive thru at 23812 El Toro Rd, Lake Forest, CA 92630 location of Jack In The Box, and the employee taking my order appeared not to hear not hear my order. I drove to the next window and this same employee said for me to quit screaming at his employees. This made no since because it seemed he could not hear me and kept repeating my order. I then asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I then said a nasty word and told him he did not deserve his job and that I would contact Corporate. I also went inside the store asked him "what is your problem?" He ordered me out of the store. This is becoming a pattern of service in our area and as a 77 year old man with slightly problematic hearing, you obviously do not train your employees to be respectful to older people. This event occurred around 11:30am on October 5, 2023. I believe this employee might be the manager (?) but he certainly needs to be reprimanded and taught to respect elderly people. I realize that I should have not used an explicit word but the young people today are the most disrespectful of all generations. William Bejarano, Laguna Woods, Ca. [protected]. Just an additional comment: my wife loves Breakfast Jacks and has purchased them since you began making them (many, many years ago) so we greatly rely on this store on el Toro, Lake Forest, Ca, since you closed the one on Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills.
