Dollar Tree - Horrible management and the worst customer service. Please read!

There was only one register open for checkout without a light on. Because of the long line, the manager opened a second register, without a light on. However, she stood there and failed to pull customers to her register or announce that she was open. Then, two female customers cut the line and went to the manager's line that had no one there. I went to the line and told the manager that both of the registers don't have lights on, and she wasn't checking out anyone. And the two females cut the line to come to her. That's when the two females began arguing at me. I paid for my grocery and left. I called the store using the phone number on my receipt and ask to speak to the manager. After being transferred, the cashier identity herself as the manager that check me out on the register. As my receipt slips between the seat, I didn't see her name. So I had ask her for her name. she responded, and said it's on the receipt. I stated, my receipt just fell, could you please tell me your name. She said again, my name is your receipt then she hung the phone up on me. How insulting. How disrespectful is your employee. According to my receipt, it states she is a Sales Associate. And her name is Xochitl. If she is a manager, As a manager, she should of had her light on the register, indicating she's open. As a manager, she's not paid to stand at the register. As a manager, she should of told the customers that were waiting in the line, she was open. As a manager she should of told the two females customers that cut in line, they need to wait in the line that was already formed. As a manager, it's unprofessional and disrespectful to hang up the phone up on your customers. especially when I just ask for your name. As a manager, she should have de-escalated the situation that she created. Which she didn't, and it got out of control. I don't deserve Xochitl or the two female customers' horrible treatment. You NOW have lost me as a customer.
