Let me start by saying I'm a essential worker and appreciate being able to still have your fast food. But unfortunately today when I went thru the drive thru #193 located in Lynwood off of Atlantic, your employee Juanita who was working taking order was to busy talking personal stuff with her fellow employees to take our order I had to ask her you ready we ordered $50 of food and asked if they could put extra cheese on wedges first she acted like she did not know what we were talking about then she was like ohhh ok I know what you want then when we drove up to the window to pay David was to busy talking personal stuff with Bryan and Juanita because when I tried asking for condiments he was like ya I got them already I asked him what he said kachup I explained I want redhot and house dressing he then put his back towards window and continued to talk once he was handing us our food I asked him again did you guys put extra cheese on wedges he said ya I opened them up and told him can you put extra cheese on it he said we did I said I don't mind I'll pay can I have extra cheese then Bryan came to the window and did that is extra cheese I said it's not I'll pay for extra he continues to argue with me I asked him for corporate number he said it's on the side of building take a picture of it if you want to complain. I then said Gave me the rest of my meals I ordered then I drove off. Once I got home with is less 5 min. Away I opened my burger and it was cold like If they didn't even warm it up. I'm so disappointed with the whole thing food service and not to mention how they were very unprofessional and so disrespectful with all that's going on they had no respect for there employer nor us as customers.
