Hello my name is Nicole and I have never wrote a complaint before because I don't like saying negative feedback on people's jobs. I work in the food industry as well and I'm not complaining about having to wait to order and get my food. My complaint is when I ordered I felt like guy taking my order was not really listening to me ordering, he didn't even ask what kind of drink i wanted. I pulled up to the window and waited to be cashed out he didn't even apologize for waiting, he just handed me my food didn't ask if i wanted any sauce or condiments and didn't say have a nice day or thank you after I said thank you. I left with him just closing the window. When I got home my sourdough jack was missing tomato and I didn't tell them no tomato. I'm sorry to complain but I was just not happy when I got home after the service I received.
